“Great Accommodations for reasonable price.”

Excellent choice for your dollar. We booked our room the same night the Kelowna hockey team came in. We did not hear any noise from our room and were impressed with the professionalism of the staff and management.

“Clean, comfortable and convenient location”

We used this hotel as a stop over on the way back to Victoria from Banff. Arrived at the hotel and everything was as expected. The room was clean and comfortable. Had a take out pizza from the onsite restaurant which was fine. Several other options for dinner close by. Very convenient location as it's close to the highway, but was very quiet.

“pool and hot tub were very cold”

My mistake for leaving my bathroom bag/kit behind but when I called them after returning home they were not interested in helping out. I asked them to keep the item and I would have it picked up by someone. When that someone got there to pick up my personal she was told they couldn't find it and don't know what they did with it. That was very poor although it was my mistake for leaving the bag behind.
