The room was amazing and beautiful, the staff was the most professional & pleasant. The restaurant had the best food & service. We stayed at 6 different resorts in various parts of southern Thailand & found this to be the best.
We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa. Although it is located close to the beach, the view from our bedroom is still beautiful. Both the private and public infinity pools are very nice. The hotel staff are very friendly and they promptly delivered what we requested to our villa. Breakfast in the morning was great too. Good variety of food and they changed the items every day in our 3-day of stay there. I would definitely come back and stay again, hopefully in a villa higher up the hill.

Lovely hotel with beautiful sea views, lovely restaurants and bars, the vanilla sky bar has great views and plum restaurant have a great choice of dishes to choose from all in all a great place to stay.
We booked this hotel for a wedding group, although actual wedding was held at another hotel. We were absolutely happy with our choice. The best part of everyone's stay at the hotel was their customer service. The manager, Phil, was super helpful, and very accommodating: they provided extra beds for one night for free, they would keep kitchen open past closing time for our guests, they would negotiate tour prices with companies and lower them for us, you name it.
The breakfast quality wasn't great and coffee tasted a bit like burnt coffee, but dinner was very good. I definitely recommend this hotel considering the price and customer service they offered.
The hotel is located in the quiet part of Kamala beach and allows to both access quiet bay and some waves. Plus it makes you walk to the closes village for food and good around 15 mins each way. Good for after dinner walk!
The territory is small and the sundeck is small but overall not a bad place to spend some days.
Disappointment is the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. E.g. rusted paint in the bathroom, weird tiles on the floor, dirty floor in the room and on the balcony, etc.

We're family of 5 with young children. We were quite surprise upon entering our room which very big, it was a three bedroom suite. The interior is very nice too.
One complain we have is that here's a sign in a room saying that we can have in-room massage which is not correct after we call the spa. This sign should be removed.
Paresa stands for "Heaven of Heavens" and it truly is! Situated in the most amazing location far from the Madding Crowd everything about this place is just sublime. The villas with infinity pools are just lovely. The service is very peronalised and attentive yet when you want privacy you feel like the only people in the world. The bespoke tour experience is amazing - you really don't feel like a tourist! And the wpnderful bespoke private dinner organised for my birthday -I felt like a Princess.
This fishing village is located just north of Patong Beach in an enclosed bay surrounded by forest hills. Known as one of the most beautiful and relaxed beaches in Phuket, the area’s secluded white sandy beaches offer eateries from beachfront hotels and local restaurants. Water sports such as paragliding, jet skiing, and surfing are some of the main recreational activities offered at Kamala Beach. Additionally, beachside bars offer perfect sundowners. Kamala is home to Phuket Fantasea, a multimillion Baht Thai cultural extravaganza with nightly shows.
