What I liked was the condition of the hotel, the pool was great but the reason why I’m leaving 4 stars was due to the cleanliness of the room. That part it can be improved. The staff was always kind and friendly, and I can see myself coming back again especially because as a solo traveller I felt safe and the location was perfect for the activities that I had planned. Thank you so much for all the help and assistance provided. 🌟

Everything was great except for the fact that the place was not busy but we were still put into a room that had an adjoining door to a family with little kids screaming and playing all evening and early morning as well. Would be nice if they considered that when placing people. Our floor was pretty empty otherwise.

Very nice. However. Travelocity offered a 2 king bed suite and this property does not have that. So we had to get a 2 queen room. For the Same price as the Kings because it was through Travelocity.

Great stay. The only odd thing was the odd transition of free breakfast to free sit down only breakfast as they transition to no free breakfast- I think? I just didn’t have time to be seated, I just thought I was popping in really quick. Most people don’t have time when they are there working.

No Recliner
Everything was okay with our stay. I booked two rooms. I was told every room had a recliner. I called back three times to verify there was a recliner for my 85 year old mom. There is another chain in town which does have recliners, but I like to go with Hilton. There was no recliners in hotel…. Anyway I think the reception will know no what a recliner is now.

Room wasn’t cleaned properly, used towels got “forgotten”. Hotel allows pets so we woke up two nights in a row by a dog next dort barking and playing with a toy. The ordered room service didn’t take place… We are very disappointed by Hilton!

Absolutely atrocious staff. We were traveling with a toddler and therefore booked a jr. suite to have an extra room for the crib of the little one. When we checked in the front desk staff, without comment, checked us in a regular room, which, when we were asking to correct the mistake, blamed on Expedia for booking the wrong room. Even when I showed them the booking they still lied to my face that Expedia messed up the booking and there was nothing they can do, nor can the booking be cancelled and refunded. So when contacting Expedia to cancel and refund the booking the front desk were contacted again, this time by the Expedia rep, which they then, instead of owning up and trying to solve the issue, proceeded to lie again and tell the Expedia CSA, that they saw the jr suite in the booking but then we "asked" for a downgrade to a regular room, just so Expedia couldn't cancel and refund the booking. So needless to say, night was as expected with a toddler right next to you. When trying to check out this morning, waited around the counter for 15 minutes with a line of people trying to check out already forming. So yeah. All in all a level of unprofessionalism that I personally didn't expect from a reputable brand like Hilton, but hey, you never seize to learn, but will definitely think twice who I will stay with in the future.

Super nice Hilton with a fresh renovation. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Hotel has all the amenities including a restaurant and bar which was super good. The front desk clerk was awesome - really friendly and helpful. Great stay!

The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed breakfast. We realized my daughter left some clothes behind a few hours after we left and I’ve called to check in on it a few times. The last time I called I spoke with a gal who was extremely rude and told me that “they would throw it away if they didn’t know who it belonged to”. I find this extremely rude and not convenient or fair to those who may try to come and claim their belongings in a timely manner. The front desk and those who answered the phones will prevent me from using this hotel again.

Trip was wonderful..only disappoinment was to get notification day before arrival that restaurant would not be open. We did find places around town for some great meals. Just not as convenient as we had hoped.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!
The DAY I was supposed to check in I received an email that the hotel was "under new management" and the amenities I carefully selected were now NOT available. I CHOSE here BECAUSE of the amenities. After spending several days in picturesque, but primitive, Glacier hotels, I wanted all the creature comforts! So I left and went to Best Western Plus in Kalispel-- beautiful pool, hot tub, large comfy room with great TV selections, even nice outdoor landscaping, great breakfast and close to the airport. Oh, I did get 10% of the $220 I paid, for ONE night, back in a refund. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We are sorry for the misunderstanding. Where and why would you get an email suggesting 'under new management"? What amenities are you suggesting were not available? We have a new pool and hot tub plus two new fitness rooms. Super large comfy suites with the largest TV selections in the Flathead valley. Are you sure you have the right hotel?
