“Surprise! Will go back!”

RR has improved itself! I gave up on RR a decade ago but needed a reasonable one nights stay. Much to my surprise both this and the Lansing W RR were very nice, clean, and comfortable. Comparable to HI Express but at a much better price. Staff were curtious and helpful. Way to go, RR! Recommend without equivocation!

“Good basic lodging for good basic people”

Hey, it was clean, it was near the US 131 offramp from I-94, the room had an easy chair (bonus!), and the guy at the desk was great. Unbeatable for the price, and I picked it based on price (followed by location; I wanted west Kalamazoo and that's where this is). You may not cherish the memory, but you won't rue it either. I'd go back.

“Very close to WMU campus.”

The hotel was easy to find and nicely located near Western Michigan University. The amenites were good (free WIFI and air conditioner) for an overnight stay. The room however had a musty smell.

The room was clean and what I expected. the second day they put a quilt on the bed that had a hug stain in it. other than that. I was very happy with my service there.

I used to live in Kalamazoo. The Red Roof Inn is a no frills bargain motel. But it was a comfortable place to stay and it's well located near 131 and Stadium Drive.
