We checked in at 11:30 pm the front desk person was very nice and professional Got to our room house keeping must of just miss this room Toilet was broken my wife got ready to get into bed blood stains on all the sheets We checked out right away the front offered us another room we were so grossed out Had to find another hotel and ended up paying $346 for a Fairfield inn smh

Ceiling was getting wet as the night went on. Sink filled with water, the tub filled with water as you showered. There were people heavy footed walking with heels on their feet. The floor was sticky. I felt very nervous for my life I got very little rest. I will never stay at a red roof in again.

Residential hotel for down on their luck folks
This hotel was not good. The desk staff was nice, but the rest was bad. There was a pervasive smell of pot everywhere—inside and out. The ice/vending room was so overwhelming, I had to abandon my attempt to get ice. The room seemed clean at first glance, but when you looked at things closely, not so much. The mattress was so stained you could see the stains though the sheets. The sheets were stained. The towels were stained. The water was yellow (which may be Kalamazoo, not the hotel). I only had my room cleaned once and they didn’t actually do much. As far as I could tell, they emptied the trash. They didn’t make the bed, they didn’t give me more towels. Really an unsatisfactory experience.
The “clean” towel was given. I looked like someone had used it to clean their shoes.

The bed sheets were all stained. CRUMBS in the bed?? CRUMBS!! The shower had used soap and residue (hairs) from previous persons. (Yes we have pictures!). The bathroom door needs some work its VERY hard to close and open (233). We stayed because we were exhausted and had our own pillows and blankets so didn't need ones on bed. BUT would not reccommend without going and looking at your room first

Stay at your own risk ...seriously .
The first room they gave us had garbage cans overflowing , bedding in unkempt piles , trash on all the furniture . The 2nd room they gave us when we complained had burn holes in the blankets on one bed and stains and nasty crap in the sink and filth and soomeone elses hair in the shower ON THE WALLS , and another guest a few doors down was beaten bloody and NOBODY CARED . Staff said if he didnt call the police it didnt matter . A couple doors down from us the door was kicked in by police while we were there !!! OMG ...this place is a nightmare .

This is a cheap motel. Expect to get what you pay for. THE BAD This whole place is run down. The curtain in my room was torn. The bathroom door had a hole in it, but not all the way through. The edges of the furniture were battered. The sheets had stains. The sink faucet wasn't fully attached, so it flopped around in its hole. The faucet handle in the shower was loose. I stayed in August, and the weather was humid, so everything in the room felt a little damp when I arrived. The floors were dirty. One morning I got a little water on the floor from the shower and I used the white floor mat to wipe it up. The mat was filthy afterward. On another morning I wore a new pair of white socks while I got ready to leave. They were stained brown on the bottom afterward. They will never look new again. The spring mattress was old, but decent. THE GOOD The place isn't terrible if you just want a cheap place to crash. The shower was hot and the water pressure was excellent. The guy at the front desk who checked me in was great. If you are traveling with unruly children, then maybe you don't want to worry about them bumping into things or getting things dirty. RECOMMENDATION If I come through this town again, I will stay at a nicer place. I am willing to pay for things to be a little cleaner and nicer. But if you're traveling cheap, this place will meet your basic needs.

Unfortunately as we are an exterior corridor and this past season has been more humid, we do apologize regarding room being damp. We will be ongoing a renovation this coming year upgrading our furniture and revamping our rooms for better guest experience! We hope this doesn't differ you for future stays, hope you had safe travels!
