Did have a problem with first room. Mr. Brown the Front desk person took care of it. Move me to a better room and check the room himself to make sure all was fine. Excellent service.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I changed rooms because the TV, microwave, light, and phone were not working. The second room I was put in had an issue with the window not closing all the way. The hotel needed lots of upgrades, repairs and cleaning. There was always food on the floors and in the elevator. I stayed for two nights and never once heard the vacuum run, even when they were cleaning the rooms next to me.

The room was dirty. The room did not have sets of was cloths or towels in the room. We had to go get our own from the front desk. The bed is on an old wood frame that made loud noise anytime you moved. The worst Hampton I have ever stayed and I stay at a Hampton hotel at least twice per week all over the United States.

It's hard to say what's average anymore. Check-in was fine, and all of the employees we encountered were friendly, but the facility seemed to be barely getting by. The luggage cart (we could only find one) was falling apart, the pull-out couch was like laying on a box spring, the toilet didn't want to flush, the tub didn't want to drain, the snowstorm took away from the already limited parking and there didn't seem to be any interest in plowing or shoveling the walkways, and the pool had an odd saltiness to it instead of a chlorination. But our card keys seemed to get promptly disabled at 11 am - so they were quick about that! But I will say the breakfast was just fine. Would I go back? Probably - it was inexpensive, and it is just a bed for the night, after all.

This property needs a lot of maintenance that obviously has been neglected. Loose tub spout and valves along with a sloping floor in the room entry that the luggage cart ran away from me. Travelers be aware of the highway noise.

Staff was great and free breakfast was actually pretty good but a lot of broken things in the hotel and the room. The worst part that nobody talks about in other reviews is how noisy it is since it is right next to the expressway-so loud! Nearly impossible to get a decent night sleep.

Falling apart
Rooms are falling apart, paint chipping, whole in doors, toilets flush slow, carpet sticky, and bugs in the room. Will never stay again. Glad i was only there for one night.

The door to the room was sticking in the frame and hard to open. The fridge was not working. out of a lot of items at breakfast. Locks to the outside doors were not working. Maintenance was lacking on a lot of little things in the room and hotel in general. Great beds, pillows, and TV.

We had a second floor room and the floors were sinking in so badly we could not even shut the bathroom door. Pool was out of order. The outside door lock pads to get into the hotel were not functioning properly. The pillows were worn out as well as the mattress was ridiculously uncomfortable. Overall this was the worst experience I have had in a Hampton hotel hands down.

Reserved a king was given 2 queens. Room was on first floor, next to checkin desk and ice machine wasnt happy about that. Pool shut down indefinitely, was hoping for a swim during my stay.

Our stay was WEIRD!! Our room on the second floor was on a very significant slant. From the entrance to th the window was at least a half foot slant and the toilet leaned significantly. I would question the structural safety of this place. I’m the morning there was a bird trapped in the hall flying around. The breakfast was not great and not stocked at all. No fruit or ketchup etc

The hotel said they were overbooked when I arrived and had no room for me. After looking further, they had one room out of order that they gave me, which I appreciated since I arrived at 11:30pm. The carpet was all saturated on the entire half of the room and the AC unit was broken, open, no thermostat. The window was broken somewhere…couldn’t see visibly, but you could hear sound like the window was off the track. Seems like rain had been pouring in the room recently. Unreal.

It was musty, toilet paper holder was laying on the floor, the bathroom door latch was missing and the door would not shut. The manager was rude and unprofessional I had to make an emergency room visit due to a bug getting inside my ear while in the hotel room. It had to be flushed out then pulled out with forceps causing extreme pain with no compensation reply from the Hilton corporation.
