This place should not be operating. We get there and go to room. Tv not working!!!!! Could not hook up to wi fi!!!!! Toilet needed plumber!!!!!!! Ice machine not working!one lamp not working. Only one wash cloth for two people. Desk clerk came to room and fixedtv, Wi-Fi and brought a plunger. Checking out this morning I asked for receipt ; desk clerk this morning said they can not issue it that you Expedia will send email.

The gentleman that checked us in was nice but the hot tub was broken the toilet in our room wasn't fastened down there was a blood spot on the wall probably from a big bug but still and to top it of the security door didn't lock

great location, staff was phenominal!!!!, clean and for the most part functional. The alarm clock was badly broken. The hot tub was unoperational but was so tiny, it was just adorable!

The rear entrance man door IS NOT SECURE!!! ANYONE COULD WALK IN AT ANY TIME DAY OR NIGHT. THE REAR MAN DOOR IS SUPPOSED TO BE ONLY ACCESSIBLE WITH A ROOM ENTRY CARD, IT WAS NOT FOR OUR 2 NIGHTS, 3 DAY STAY!!! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED ASAP.

Missed having a hot breakfast. Could have used two packs of regular coffee pods. AC needs some help as it was noisy. But checkin was fast and easy, we enjoyed our stay.

This was not what I expected. The pool was closed with mattresses in it. The sink did not drain. The paint peeling. The beds were awful. Checkin was easy but check out there was no one at the desk.

Our room
Our room was nice but some of the lights over the sink were out which need to be replaced and recliner in the room was broke down the man at the desk told us just to be careful no one considering we were hoping he would bring a different chair but he didn’t

Rude and overcharged.
The front seat lady had a bit of an attitude and demanded that I show her how I would pay for my dog. I had my credit card in hand. Then without another word she charged $15 for my dog, I pointed out that hotels.com says it $10. She said well it's not and what are you going to do about it.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and accommodating and remembered me from my last stay. His hospitality was excellent and I felt very welcome. The hotel was very convenient to where I was showing and stabling my horse, so should an emergency arise, I could be there in minutes. The only thing I did not like was the fact that the back door was not locked.

First I was walking into the room, it smelt like a stale cigarette room. Then the floors felt sticky and so were the comforters covers. In the bathroom smells like urine. And only one bar of soap for both the bathroom and the sink. Luckily I brought my Lysol spray to spray the whole entire rooms. Even the bed and floors. Luckily I brought my own pillow and blanket to spread on top. Everything had to go into the washer due to the wreaking smell from the bed spread. ,Double, thumbs down!! Very unhappy.

Everything about this place was terrible! The smell was a good combo of dog and cigarettes! If you were staying more than one night you empty your own trash and get new towels when you bring them your dirty ones! Parking lot had glass in it and no pool no hot tub as advertised. No breakfast at all!

OK stay, could be better though!
The room was not clean, and the sink drained, however, it was very slow, the beds were horrible and metal springs were uncomfortable, and worst of all door didn't latch. We had stayed here before but were very disappointed this trip.

We stayed there for three days no one came to clean our room until the last day our offer us refills on coffee very disappointing service the breakfast was disgusting and they should be reprimanded because of it three old waffles old donuts and toast no milk for cerealSo needless to say we went out to breakfast every day There is no reason for a hotel to be anything like this

The thing that I liked the most was the friendliness of everyone i met on the staff, especially the man who checked me in I don't know his last name, but his first name was Sunny, he went above and beyond when it comes friendliness and giving me information and directions to restaurants and also to UHaul. The only bad thing about my stay was it showed a beautiful picture of a hot tub, but it was empty, but it was OK

The location was convenient. I called 4 days before check in to ask if the hottub was open. The manager said yes. When i checked in, it was not. And the same "Closed due to Covid" sign was on the door that was there 5 months previously. When i confronted the manager about it he spoke to me in what i perceived to be a disrespectful manner. He placed the blame on me for not identifying myself. He refused to even attempt to offer ANY sort of compensation. Then he had the audacity to ask me to not give him a bad review. Five hours later the hottub was full and hot, but the jets did not work. There was a note taped to the switch so he was COMPLETELY aware of the problem, but did not disclose it at my check in time. In my room there is a light duty extention cord permanently connecting the TV power cord to the electrical outlet. I believe this is considered to be a FIRE HAZARD that the Fire Marshall might be interested in. In order to plug in the desk lamp i had to unplug either the microwave or the refrigerator.

Dirty. The stool ran all night. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like smoke. Just an overall bad experience. We won't be staying here again. The mattress on the king size bed was very uncomfortable. It was worn out . In a nutshell it was a dump.

Disappointing stay
When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. I waited for nearly 10 minutes and had started to call the hotel before a clerk appears. When I got checked in the paperwork shows a rate $14 lower than I booked online and I ultimately paid the higher rate. The condition of the room was very disappointing. The ceiling had a large section of texture hanging down loose, the bed comforter and sheets had holes in them and there were patched but unpainted holes in the shower walls where the shower rod had been moved. The room was in need of repair and should not have been booked in the condition it was in. The free breakfast was also a disappointment. There was very little to choose from and there was no juice.
