At $35-$45 a night, this is a budget stay. Rooms are a little smaller than a college dorm room, but they are clean and comfortable, with wifi, television, and a private bathroom that includes a tub, not just a shower. It's within walking distance of Nakwon and Insadong and a short subway ride from the rest of the city. The staff was friendly and tried hard to communicate. Beds were doubles and somewhat hard--typical for Korea. Pillows and blankets were also standard for Korean budget hotels. Overall, the room was a clean and comfortable place to come back to at the end of a long day, gave us both a good night's sleep, was convenient to exploring Seoul, and was not at all expensive: exactly what we were looking for. We'll use them again if we're looking to overnight in the city.

Enjoyed my stay there. Good location near Dongdaemun station and good food near the hostel. The staff is friendly and helpful. They answered all my queries with a smile and tried their best to help. Great value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hostel. The staffs are all helpful and courteous. Simple breakfast are being served everyday (bread, cereals, banana, coffee etc.). The room is clean and neat. We love the modern look of the bathroom. The lobby and pantry have a very welcoming ambience. We also love the location since it's very near to tourists spots and 2 subway stations (Jongno 3 and Angkuk) and the airport bus station (6011). We love the experience here and we'll definitely stay again in the future! :)

Had a great stay at the Sunbee in June 2014. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and spoke enough English. Our room was large and comfortable, and extremely quiet (no interesting view). The location -- just steps from the center of Insadong's main street -- was ideal.

Enjoyed our stay here. Was much cleaner and newer than other hotels we stayed in. It was simple in the room, but clean and modern looking. Enjoyed the tub. Very close to the center of Seoul and to Insadong, where it was fun to walk around and shop.

Great traditional place to stay, rooms arnt huge but are clean and are pleasent to be in. The staff are really helpful and are just nice people as well.
Also in a great location, 5 min walk from the Subway, right by Changdeokgong Palace, 10 mins from Insadong.
Be warned this is a traditional Hanok so theres shared bathrooms and you will be sleeping on futons on the floor. But if you're looking for a traditional Korean experience this is the place to go!
