“Excellent staff.”
I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff was excellent. The only disappointment came with some stains and wear on the carpet. The valet staff was especially nice and free parking/valet was a big plus.

I occasionally have to do business at the courthouse in Joliet and tried out Harrahs. Great location -- right downtown. Room was very clean and very large -- especially when you consider how small it seems a lot of hotels have gotten. The friendliest staff I've ever met. Even the housekeepers wished me luck and asked if I needed anything. I will be booking here again when I come back to Joliet.

“Harrah's is the Place”
The rooms were great, the staff was greeting and always ready to help. The valet was just great and the valet drivers were very nice and funny. The entire place was full of great people and we will return without hesitation. We loved this place!!

“One of Joliet's finest establishments”
I was there on business, so I was not in the casino too much, but when I was I was very satisfied. The rooms were nice and comfortable and room service was prompt and polite. The food was excellent. The room rate is what drew me there and for the money you cannot beat it. Why stay at a Motel 8 or Red Roof in when you can stay at a luxurious casino for about the same price.
“Unexpected gem in Joliet”
Like the hotels in Las Vegas, this hotel offers an extremely friendly staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The room was extremely large and comfortable with an attractive price. This is possibly the best value in the Joliet area. Our room featured many amenities not often found in other hotels in this price range. The bathrooms are hugh - the bed was comfortable - the service was terrific. This will be the place for my wife and I to return to whenever we are in the area.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spectacular. Would have liked a better view. Couldn't beat the value
