“Served our needs very well.”

We live in the suburbs northwest of Chicago and were going to a party in Marseilles Saturday July 3, and a family party July 4 in New Lenox.The Fairfield Inn -Joliet was halfway between Marseilles and New Lenox . We were very pleased with our stay, especially the 12:00 noon checkout. We didn't use the pool so we can't comment on it. The only suggested improvement is to add powdered sugar to the breakfast menu to sprinkle on the delicious home-made waffles!

“Very nice hotel”

The people that work at this hotel were very friendly.The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if needed to. There are several places within walking distance to get a good meal.

“Good experience”

Impressed with the motel. It's easy on and easy off the interstate. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Price isn't bad either. It has surrounding eateries and gas stations, but not overwhelming. Will definately return.

“Convenient to family”

Easy access from several interstates. Lots of amentities within walking distance of hotel (restaurants, gas stations, etc.). Friendly staff.

“Fairfield South Joliet”

This is a new hotel that is still in quality condition. The pool area was well-maintained, as was the dining area for breakfast. Making our own waffles was fun!! I am only disappointed that the hotel did not return my call regarding a phone charger that we mistakenly left in the room. I spoke with a concierge regarding the charger and she promised to get back to me after the rooms were cleaned. I never heard back and ended up purchasing a new charger. Such is life I suppose! Nevertheless, a decent hotel for a night's stay in Joliet.

“Don't Trust Wake Up Service!”

After three days of getting it right, the wake up service failed to call my room and I almost missed my early morning flight home.
