“Good stay in Joliet”
I appreciated that the entire hotel was non-smoking. It had a pleasant clean smell no matter where you went in it. Friendly pleasant staff. Good free continental breakfast.
“Pleasantly surprised !!”
we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. usually the last second reservations based mostly on price always seem to be a lot nastier than pictured or described. this hotel was just as pictured and had a very clean room, very friendly desk personnel and a nice clean pool/hot tub area. only downsides were slightly stiff mattresses ( we are used to pillow top at home of course) and bathroom floor tiles which seemed to have lost all their grout(?) other than that, we will be staying their again if we hit the Joliet area again.....for the money a great hotel !
“CONVENIENT LOCATION; YOUR AVERAGE, COST-EFFECTIVE HOTEL”
We got what we were looking for, a comfortable room to sleep and shower in with a continental breakfast! Good quality for the price! Nice pool area.

Nice hotel in a decent neighborhood. Decent beds. It was worth what we paid.
“Very adequate for the money”
I love staying at Best Westerns They are always very courteous and the hotels are always clean The price is alway pretty good as well. That being said....my room was very clean but the carpet had a large stain, possibly coffee, juice, or soda. I just think they would replace it since it's in an obvious place. Not a huge deal breaker for me but....... Also the hot tub was a great temperature but the jets were nor working very well I did ask but there didn't seem to be a fix. I would still definitely stay at Best Western Hotels as my first choice on business

Very nice staff. They were very friendly & helpful to us. Facility was clean and comfortable. Did not like all the smokers right outside the door. Breakfast choice was a little light, however, good what they did have there.
