Nice hotel, but one cannot walk around outside when it's dark. The cool thing is the complimentary driver.

rapport qualité prix imbattable
hôtel très confortable et bien placé personnel très gentil et très serviable, nous somme arriver a 9h du matin a l hôtel après un long voyage et l hôtel nous a mis une chambre a disposition de suite! je recommande vivement pour le rapport qualité/prix et surtout pour la gentillesse du personnel!

Great value for the price
The hotel staff are very friendly, the room was clean and priced very well. Parking is in a fenced, private lot. My only complaint is that it wasnt the quietest neighborhood. It sounded like there was a party going on until nearly 1am.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was upgraded for free because they were slow due to covid. Parking is in a gated area and very safe from people, as well as the elements. Highly recommend!

very bad
Firstly they had a private function so we could not use the pool. Function was loud and went out till late. people were drinking and playing music fro. their vehicles. also no.place to park.should have told us we would have booked somewhere else. Secondly we booked a family room but only enough towels, bodywash etc for one person. temperature was over 30 degrees and aircon in the room was not working and could not be fixed. no other family room or upgrade available. staff was badly trained and lots of learning required

Nice hotel, well located. However I have receive a poor service due to a mistake on breakfast payment registration. Fortunately on my request the management have apologized me by letter. Hope that the situation does not repeat with other guests.

Hotel location is good but doesnt feel sFe walking outside coz it's next to a club/pub. Hotel offers free shuttle arping Pretoria. Very greatful for that. Rooms are clean all the time.

WRONG INFORMATION
Overall its an OK hotel. Problem is i had wanted a suite,and i called them before making a booking with Expedia just as to be clear as to which rooms they have there. What i was told was that the executive is the suite, of which getting there i was not really impressed with the room. Changing to suite would have meant extra money, which i had not budgeted for. For that i was really switched off and would not go back again.

Nice but unnecessarily expensive
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Free parking, and high speed internet (very important to me). Hot water, respectful staff members, and all was well. They don't rush you to check out if you are still busy. We actually checked out after 11 am, and I loved it. Negative They have the most not-easy-to-operate air-conditioner. It is so frustrating and I hated this part. It nearly ruined my stay. I think their staff members are also aware that their air-conditioner can be a problem. In more than 60 days, every single day, I slept in 2.5 to 5 star hotels in 5 countries. Believe me this hotel in unnecessarily expensive and the price doesn't cover breakfast. Maybe is because they are closer to the South African Union Building and that's all. I didn't get into their kitchen because for such an expensive price, I expected a free breakfast. Overall - They have the most helpful staff members, and security is good. Oh! and this place is very safe, and quite. To Compare: This hotel for me is the same as Comfort Inn and Suites in Davenport, Florida, minus that this one doesn't give free buffet breakfast. However, this hotel has an undercover parking.

The stay could have been better
The hotel provides free shuttle service around the area which is convenient. Their shuttle driver, Godfrey is very professional. However, despite making prior arrangements for airport pickup no one showed up to pick me. I ended up taking another taxi which was scaring considering that Johannesburg can be tough at times. While at the hotel they didn't clean the bathtub. And on the day of my departure, the taxi they arranged came very late and I could have missed my flight.

The housekeeping was slightly rude. If you ask them to come back later they peek into your room! It was a little funny. The wifi didnot work at all and the reception was very unresponsive even after calling the IT guy!
