Firstly, the first shock when I arrived was that the hotel didn't have my booking and the pre-payment that was made on the hotels.com website, so I had to rebook from scratch and also pay by credit card. I am still waiting for my refund, as I had already paid hotels.com for the booking.
Secondly, the hotel seemed to be short staffed. Every time when we went out there was no one at the front desk and the same applied when we came back.
Thirdly, the lady at reception told us supper was between 6:30 pm and 8:30, yet when we reported for supper at 7:00, we were told that "they are closed becaude there are no customers." We had to go to a nearby shop outside the hotel to get something to eat.
The lady at reception was nice, but this still didn't change the fact that we went through the bad experience explained above.
