“Gret hotel at reasonable price”
The hotel is an excellent bargain for your money since it isn't in the center of town. The new light rail system stops nearby and brings you into the center or to the old city or even near Meah She'arim quickly.
“it was okay”
it barely makes a 4 star, but its okay.
“nous y retournerions”
équipements salle de bains (lavabo et baignoire)pas en très bon état pour le reste (chambre, propreté, petit déjeuner) : très bien
“An ok choice”
I found this large hotel to be acceptable but not one i would specifically recommend to others. Decor was ok but could do with a refresh. I had some peeling wallpaper in my room. Also, it was a bit too far out from the centre and there was nothing of note in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast was very expensive.
“Adequate, for the most part, In room dining was out.”
For the money average to poor. Some of the staff good, others horrible. Ordered room service, no menu, asked for some items and the staff person refused to deliver it and then to even take the order and no more pickup. Needed to go down to the cafe, order a meal, return in 15 min, pay and take it back to the room. Did try calling room service w/ staff from the cafe and still no luck. Everyone just shrugged their shoulders. Quite disappointed given I had work to do and needed to leave at 1:00 AM for departure from Tel Aviv early in the AM. Would look for something else next time. I'll attribute it to some bad apples in the staff but had the feeling this was not an isolated case.
“Industrialized, tourist, check point”
Don't want this to sound to bad. I chose this hotel for the pool, fitness room, etc.. The fitness room hours were not adheared to, messing up my schedual. The refridgerater in the room didnot work, had to get another one brought in. Air vents in air conditioner filthy, clinging dirt, makes me think of legionnaires disease. Shower adequate but of a style that permits water to blow on to bathroom floor, then runs into carpet, also mold in groute. Doors of a type that slam shut. disturbing sleep. No hot water maker for coffee or coffee maker in room. Could have miss read the advertisement but for the price I thought I was getting a bed and breakfast thing. On arival allmost the first thing I was informed of was the 20 dollar fee for breakfast. Unable or unwilling to assist with computor and admin needs, had to go to another hotel for assistance.
“thought it could be better”
Hotel was going through a renovation. We had a non renovated room. The fridge had to be replaced and we always needed more towels. We didn't even have a hotel book to exaplin what hours the pool and fitness room were open, or if room service was even an option. Our calls to housekeeping went unanswered. Hopefully after the renovation, some attitudes will be renovated as well.
“Dreadful”
No 24 hour tea room or access to hot water. if your traveling with a child you do not want to use the Ramada. Room service is almost non existent. Reception and the front desk need attitude readjustments. overall I would never go there again and would not recomend them only to my worst enemies.
“not impressed”
Was not very happy- there was construction in the hotel during our stay , which meant you could not sleep late, take a nap during the day , or talk on thephone in your room as the noise was extremely loud. Hotel was not in walking distance to anywhere , it is located in a hotel district. Would not go back there so fast.
“4 stars.......(?)”
Rooms shape isn't great, little run down. Pool not really for kids. 9am they are starting to drill to an an extend that the dead awake.... ....useful for a morgue/cemetery, not so much for a hotel.
