“Best Choice Hotel if not paying top $”

This is a fantastic hotel at much lower cost than those high-end hotel. Great room features and views. Good location. Walk to Mamilla Mall.

“STILL A VERY NICE HOTEL AND VERY GOOD/FRIENDLY SERVICE/LOCATION”

WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK WE WERE AUTOMATICALLY UPGRADED TO HIGH FLOOR WITH VIEW OF OLD CITY. YEARS AGO STAYED AT THIS HOTEL WITH MY FATHER WHEN NEW AND KNOWN AS "THE JERUSALEM PLAZA" ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND BATH COMPLETELY RENNOVATED BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND SERVICE VERY GOOD. HALLWAYS NEED UPDATING.

“At home in Jerusalem”

Amazing friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is centrally located, I was pleased with nice hotel shops especially Madelyn's Gallery. The other guest were very refined and a and made for a convivial great breakfast crowd . Btw the breakast was great.

“Nice Hotel”

The hotel is in good conditions, not the best, but good. The front desk guys are very nice. The view of the hotel is very good and the location is also very good, you can go on foot to most of the interesting places in Israel.

“Une bonne adresse”

Bien situé et de bonnne qualité. Le petit déjeuner israelien est de premier plan. Cependant le restaurant italien est moyen. Le repas servi le soir n'est pas ce qui est attendu pour cette catégorie d'hotel. Bon accueil.

“nice hotel terrible service”

The hotel is in a great location and my room had a terrific view. Furnishing were also very nice. However, the service at the front desk sets a new low in arrogance and unhelpfulness. They make you feel as if they are doing you a favor to let you stay there. No printed materials in the room about hotel services; when I asked about that, they in effect said "You don't need them." Also the charge for wireless internet use in your room is outrageous. If it hadn't been for the attitude I would recommend this hotel.

“lost standards”

we have stayed at this hotel in the past and had a truly five star experience...sadly the hotel has changed hands and with that the standards have fallen as well.... sadly it isn't the five star place it used to be

The romm was not cleaned well at our four days stay The toilet wouldn't flush We asked for non smoking room but we got a smoking floor The receptionists were not curteous/accomodating

“Sale et poussiereux et crasseux !”

Très décevant. Les chambres sont sales et poussiéreuses, particulièrement les sanitaires ! La baignoire et les toilettes sont vétustes, de plus ils n'avaient pas étés lavés correctement (inadmissible d'avoir des traces suspectes sur la cuvette et des poils pubiens dans les coins de la baignoire !). Les lits ne sont même pas fait, la couverture et juste rabattue, chose que je n'ai jamais vu dans aucun hôtels de toute ma vie ! Les éléments de la chambre comme le téléphone, le coffre, les lampes sont poisseux... inadmissible ! Le service et tout simplement inexistant, aussi bien à la piscine, qu'au étages, restaurant ou à la réception (une personne sur 5 parle à peut prêt anglais !). Léonardo plaza, une blague ??? à déconseiller fortement !!!
