This is my second time staying at Agripas. Love the location. Friendly staff and hotel is clean. I found the room a bit noisier this time aroun. The only thing that I did not like was the late cleaning of the room. After walking for hours, it would have been nice to come back to a clean room.

I’d booked a twin room and confirmed this by mail with the hotel - but on arrival (after midnight) we had a double bed. Initial hotel response was “nothing we can do” After explaining that wasn’t acceptable was given a small blanket sheet and pillow and left to sort it out. Bathroom stank which I was also told couldn’t be helped. All in all poor service and a dirty room. Breakfast was ok.

We take this case very seriously and we will look into this case in order to improve. Due to arriving at the hotel after midnight when the hotel is not fully staffed other than a reception clerk that cannot leave the front desk for too long we were not able to provide the necessary service. Everything is so CLEAN!!!! Always plenty of soap and towels. The staff is always helpful. I love the mezzanine coffee service that is always available! The rooftop breakfast is very special.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff; the parking lot is a hazard to get in and out; the room was so small it felt like we were in a prison cell; the only good thing about it was the location, which is probably why this hotel still exists.

Found it quite expensive for the rather low level of comfort. Bathroom was not in good condition. Room very small and mattress was worn out. The only positive thing was the great location in downtown

The location is excellent The room is clean , and comfortable bed, The parking is very limited, and it’s hard to find alternative in a decent price. The check in took too long and,the front desk staff didn’t do much to solve some problems that popped up during our stay. Breakfast can be better.

Every thing was terrible,mattress old and not comfortable the control the tv was old and hold the battery with blue tape lthe last day I don’t have hot water the one day don’t clean the room, for me was a terrible experience be in the hotel also the ac most of the time is off you need to report the you room is hot.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, which is as good a recommendation as you can get. Very clean and modern and the rooftop terrace is excellent. Also, the location is one of the best in the City, right on the edge on the downtown triangle, easy walking distance to the Old City and two minutes walk from the light railway, which is easily the best way the get around the City.

Hotel is a tourist hotel with basic amenities.Great location. Decent breakfast. Hotel is really old and tired. I have stayed there several times before but not sure I would stay again. Carpets, beds and safes need to be replaced. The shower is tiny, desperately needs a shelf so you can put the shampoo,etc instead of on the floor. Wash cloths would be nice too
