“I will return”
Good hotel with a honest price.
“It started rough but it won us over.”
The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the neighborhood. We were upset over little things like the pool not really being nearby, not handicapped friendly and extra for hot milk!
“Convienient for single traveller and a moderate budget”
Contrary to my preference of a non-smoking room there was only one room available the first night with a terrible smell of smoke. I could move to a more pleasant room the next day, yet found both rooms too small to accomodate more than one person (for which they were intended). The furniture is somewhat old, yet the rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. The cafe-restaurant in the same house and the walking distance to restaurants are very convenient.
“Good location, good value”
Small, low key hotel, Centrally located, no elevator, nice Israeli breakfast.
“Like An American College Dorm”
The hotel is nothing special but was well situated for my trip. Unfortunately our room, and many it seems, are a few feet from some student housing for American college students. It is nearly 3 in the morning and they are hanging out on the stairs, screaming, drinking, laughing and partying it up. All I want to do is sleep and I am stuck in a frat party. Avoid this place, it is dreadful.
“Don't Stay Here!”
Don't stay here! It is a dump! I had seen its charming ad in The International Jerusalem Post for several years and stayed here in May of 2007. It was disgusting, a two-star at best. The carpet was filthy, the pillows smelled, the furniture was strictly Salvation Army. They stuck me in a basement room and would not move me. I forfeited two nights pre-paid lodging rather than stay there after the first night.
