The room could have been cleaner. There was mildew in the bathroom and tile looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in years. The best was uncomfortable. It was two mattresses put together and one was significantly higher than the other. This made sleeping uncomfortable. The only reason to stay here is to have access to the beach. Everything else about this hotel is 2 star rating.

The hotel was very good overall. The place is very clean and the staff are friendly. It is a good place for relaxing beside the beach. There are no variety of activities in the resort. The AC was not working fine all the time.

Perfect family getaway
Fantastic location, friendly staff, super fast check in, beautiful surroundings, the best getaway close to the city....almost as if you in another country. The beach is clean and well looked after...but can do with a few umbrellas though. A tip: If you find that the family beach is taken over by single rowdy youngsters, call reception and they will promptly send someone to ask them to move over to the adjoining beach that is reserved for non families. Only real downside was the breakfast that is very meager by any standard...no real options at all...not even a live egg station...if you want real juice, it is chargeable...BUT the breakfast can be overlooked because of the rest of the positives..just imagine there is no included breakfast. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again! Wish I had known of this place before.

The Apartment was very dirty and not clean, no towels the AC very noisy and u can't sleep The garden very dirty and you can't enjoy of the view Overall the price comparing with apartment not worth it and need to revise,

Our Easter Break in the sun
The hotel seems to have been recently renovated but facilities on the ground are quite run down. Both the ladies and men's health club need a lot of work. Ladies jacuzzi didn't have hot water and the inner walls are in desparate need of a clean. Also ladies swimming pool walls need cleaning. Men's swimming pool near the beach has no sun loungers and the guests have to collect normal chairs from the cafe next door. Childrens amusement park many of the rides are out of order. Out of 8 dodge cars, only one was working and my 12 and 10 year old had to squeeze in one car together. Hotel room cards keep stop working and so had to go to reception to have them reprogrammed again everyday, It seems that a lot of work needs to be done to the grounds. Other than that our stay was pleasant and staff were polite.

Awful Reservation
Reservation services were extremely bad. Owner pays money to buy top facility, but goes cheap when it comes to hiring people in reservation. Customer service is more important. I needed something after my stay, called more than a dozen times and talked to reservation manager, always empty promises and nothing was done.

Gorgous views with very bad facilities public area
We're a big family , stayed for two nights in a three bedroom renovated villa .. nice areas for children The area near the pier is in extreme terrible condition filthy floors and tables ,broken chairs .. bad smells With one star cafeteria Very poor quality of people sharing the place due to the low price The resort is rated as 5 stars while it worth max 3 stars

Good place to stay.
The hotel was overpriced, however it has multiple outdoor sports facilities. Setting area near the beach needs improvements. Breakfast was great. onsite marina for renting jet-skis and boats, i believe you could bring in yours. The room service was slow specially in peak hours. The location is handy close to many shops and facilities.

Staff are good but hotel is not clean !
I was surprised with the hotel facilities condition and cleanness ! There was a lot of big bats in the garden at Night which needs to be taken into consideration!! The playing area for kids was not clean at all! also I witnessed electrical hazards at the playing area for kids!!! thats is very bad.. Overall the staff were so good but unfortunately the hotel need to do something to all terible conditions ..

Great for weekend relief
It's one of the best resorts in Jeddah. Staff are helpful, services are nice (specially for kids), most important it's not too crowded, which makes it good to relief after a hard working week. Highly Recommend it.

Bad hotel spoilt by dreadful management
I sent an e-mail to the hotel requesting pick up from the airport but when I arrived no-one there. Called the hotel on number provided by Expedia but it just rang with no-one picking it up. Tried to get a taxi to the hotel but none of the drivers had heard of it or were prepared to take me without knowing where to go. After several attempts to call the hotel I called Expedia in London who said they had a different contact number and would call the hotel on my behalf. Expedia tried calling the hotel on both numbers but without response (this at around midday). Eventually Expedia called me back to say they didn't know what to do. They offered to get directions from airport to hotel and e-mail to me. With these I persuaded the taxi supervisor to take me in his private car! At the hotel the Duty Mgr told me they had not received my e-mail re pick up and that I had used the wrong address. The address was correct and went through immediately when I sent again from their reception desk in front of him.He still told me I had used the wrong address! He also told me their phones were manned by an operatorso I (and Expedia) must have called the wrong number. While standing with him I called again and we listened while the phone rang for 10 minutes unanswered. Despite confirming the number he still insisted it was wrong. Room was dirty and electrical sockets didn't work. As I left the reception supervisor apologised. Much too little much too late. Avoid unless you are very desperate
