"Very clean and comfortable."
The room was clean and comfortable. The thing that I really liked about this hotel was that you can do very late check-in.They have someone at front desk 24 hours. The check-in time for many hotels and inns ends at 10/11 pm! I drove from Miette Hot Springs and got there by 11:30 pm. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you can not afford to stay in very expensive Jasper's hotels.

"Great facility, rooms are nice but lack A/C"
It may not happen too often in Jasper national park but during our stay temperatures were in 90s and there was no A/C in the room so room was sweltering hot and took lot of time to cool off in night which made our stay fairly uncomfortable. Plus on the final day, cleaning was done half-heartedly. Dirty towels were still there, less # of towels, no replenishment of toiletries. Other then these 2 complaints, I think hotel facility, location, staff and amenities were superb. If I ever go back to jasper , I might still give it a try.

"Could have been better."
Absolutely stunning area! Hotel is a bit dated but our room was quite nice except for the lack of air conditioning. Had to keep the windows open which meant we heard the late night noises as well as a tour bus warming its engine at 6:00 in he morning. Dinner in the restaurant was good, but the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired.

"Hinton last minute booking"
Honestly, I was not disappointed at all with our stay at Super 8. I must admit, I was apprehensive. However, the room was clean except the room chairs which I had to cover with a hand towel to sit on. The bedding covers looked brand new and bed was comfortable for me (my husband not so much). The fridge worked which was a necessity for our hiking lunches and cold drinks on the hot weekend. The air conditioner worked wonders and was very quiet. The breakfast was substandard but adequate for our needs. Juice machine required filling and no yogurt on our second morning. We did have a power failure over night - I think power was out for a few hours, probably due to all the a/c's running full steam to beat the heat. But, did come back on so nothing was spoiled in the fridge.

"Perfect 2 day stay at the hotel. Thanks. "
The staff were so very accommadating. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We asked for a cot for our little 5 yr. old granddaughter and it was all set up and waiting for her when we arrived. The room was a smoking room, but it was absolutely odour free. It seems Hinton Lodge took the time to install adequate air cleaners so smoke and the odour would not be a problem for us or anyone else. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. All the bathroom supplies one could want were available in our room. We were more than impressed with the facilities and would recommend it highly to all of our friends and family. We only stayed 2 nights for reasons beyond our control, but the next time we're in the area, we plan to make the Hinton Lodge our home base for the entire stay. Thanks so much!

"A bit shabby but ok for the price"
We stayed here as a stop on our way to catch a flight to Edmonton. The hotel is a bit old and shabby bit the room was large, decent and clean. The breakfast was adequate. Plenty of parking.
