Unfortunately due to our location in a national park where people enjoy hiking in nature, sometimes insects make their way indoors on the belongings of our guests. We do our best to ensure that this doesn't happen and hope that your complimentary upgrade to a Suite helped to compensate for the inconvenience.

Please note that the unloading zone in front of the hotel and the space in the back of the hotel is meant for luggage to be unloaded and brought in to the hotel prior to parking so as to minimize inconvenience.
