“Beautiful but too hot!”

I have stayed at the Jasper Park Lodge before, however this past weekend was not the best. The temperature was 20+ degrees, and the room we were in did not have air conditioning. This made our night very uncomfortable. This was the only downside of staying here. The staff at the Jasper Park Lodge are out of this world! I never receive better service than when I stay at Fairmont hotels. The grounds are gorgeous, and we enjoyed every other aspect of our stay. I would love to come back in the winter to see everything covered in snow. I have only stayed here during the Spring/Summer.

“You get what you pay for”

Its location - beautiful and quiet surrounded by nature. You can't expect more. Hotel service - friendly and courteous. Restaurants - friendly and honest service, great food. Room - clean and roomy. Only one complaint is the extremely soft bedding - not so comfortable.

Everything from the service to the hotel room was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were spacious and beautiful! I've always wanted to stay in this hotel and it was exactly how I imagined it!

Anytime we are in Jasper, the JPL is the first place we look to book. The food is great and the outdoor pool is a favorite for the kids.

This hotel is right in the park with stunning view and extreme comfort. Right beside the lake, you can hike along the trail, bike or enjoy your patio. Definitely recommend!

“Must go back for longer!”

Only spent 18 hours in the resort but was impressed by the setting and the variety of activities. An outdoors persons dream. Must go back for a longer stay next time.

“Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting”

The lodge and our room were both very nice. We were able to get a room with a beautiful view, despite the discounted rate we found through Expedia. We also enjoyed the fact that the lodge was just outside Jasper in a quiet area full of wildlife. The staff members we encountered were wonderful - warm, friendly and very accommodating.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The location was beautiful and the hotel service was excellent. A bit pricy in the restaurants, but take it as a treat.
