“Air conditioner Room 123.”

I would say that we had a great experience in the hotel but the only thing was the air conditioner which had a strong sound every time it turn on and off automatically. It is to noisy and you can not sleep well. Please the hotel should repair or replace it. Thanks!

“Great place to stay!!”

Great place to stay! It was comfortable and clean. Nice upgraded bedding compared to other Jasper hotels. Food was fabulous too! We ski a lot in Jasper and we definately will be back on our next trip.

“A great retreat”

My daughter and I went for a couple of days of rest and relaxation. We received a complimentary upgrade when we arrived to our hotel. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked well maintained. The parking lot had some construction going on but there was lots of parking in the rear of the lot. The beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows. Fresh creamers in the mini fridge for my coffee and the shampoo smelled minty fresh. Everyone was polite and kind. It was sad to leave. Jasper is a beautiful place to visit!

“Good Hotel”

The staff were very friendly. We ate at the Earthstone one evening and had their dry ribs and they were very comparable to Moxie's dry ribs. Hotel was very clean. We had 2 double beds in our room would of liked queen beds or one king in our room. A microwave would have been nice to have in our room as well. I had a massage at their day spa and found their prices far too high. The massage therapist was very friendly and very good though. While we were there, there was a wedding so when you pulled in later in the evening there was no place to park, so had to drive around until a parking spot was available. This hotel is the furthest hotel from the train station, so walking from the train station is a bit of a distance. We had rented a car from avis so not sure if the hotel shuttle would pick you up at the train stn. Avis had the best deals, which is on the same street as the train stn. and the sawridge. The sawridge had a gift shop that sold all kinds of items in case you forgot your toothbrush etc. Overall if you book this hotel you would be very pleased, very quiet location. Also next to an Esso station.

“clean and safe”

We stayed here for the room rate and we wanted to explore jasper. Walking distance about 10 mins from downtown or $6 cab ride. Wonderful bedding and shower pressure.

“Nice place and pleasant staff”

The room was decent, comfort and clean. The staff were friendly and pleasant. But they close the sauna/pool too early (at 7pm). The restaurant has a nice setting, but I would not recommend eating there, if you want to enjoy the taste of food, not just the appearance of it.

“Good hotel; good service”

Stayed 2 nights in July; was given a room with a view of the dumpsters, but on request, the room was changed to my satisfaction. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. It was somewhat expensive, but I think that had more to do with Jasper!

“cosy”

very cosy rooms, however the lobby, pool and dining areas were very basic. There are no frills with this hotel. Would stay here again if I could get a lower rate. It is a 3 star hotel with 4 star rates. The location is too much of a walk to the downtown shops. You need your car to get there. A lodgelike atmosphere but nothing fancy.
