“Great choice for visiting Jasper”
Very happy. The hotel was a great choice. Reasonably convenient to the park. Nice rooms, and very reasonable. Nice specials for breakfast.

They were doing some renovating in the halls, but the room was wonderful and the pool is open now.

Front desk was very friendly, accomodating and gave excellent service. They are located close enough to Jasper.

Hotel staff were friendly, it was clean...only thing that was lacking was the pool area. But they seemed willing to correct any issues. So all good for me!

“good location for starting your journey into the Canadian Rockies”
Good place to rest to and start your journey to the Canadian Rockies. I drove from Edmonton to Hinton and stayed overnight there. The next day we started our journey and drove to Jasper, stopping at a number of interesting sites along the way.

“Nice Hotel”
They were still renovating and adding on rooms as our room was not completely finished yet. We liked waterslide and restaurant. Rooms were nice and clean.

The hotel was recently updated and provides the reasonable expected of hotels in its class. Although the room was a little small, the hotel was clean and well equiped.
“Great Service! Decent price near Jasper National Park”
We chose this hotel to be near Jasper without having to pay Jasper prices. The front desk staff were the best I had experienced at 5 different hotels in Alberta this week. It's like if I was talking to the owners.... maybe I was. They really seemed to care about doing thier jobs and making the best possible impression. It was really awesome service during check in, check out, and when I needed to ask a few questions. The room we got seemed to be recently fully renovated. Everything was very clean and smelled new. The beds and linens were comfortable. I gave lower marks for the hotel condition because it seems the entire hotel is in the middle of a major renovation. The halls (far from my room) seemed to be in the middle of a refurbish with new carpets and missing baseboards and room numbers. The wing we stayed in seemed to have completed the renovations. Upon check in, the manager said the pool was out of service. Maybe it is being renovated too. This was not an issue for us as we did not plan to stay long and did not have time to swim anyway, but this would have been a real bummer to learn during check in if we had little kids and time to kill in this small town.
