“Beutiful and convenient apartment with large kitchen and living room, nice pool, very good location.”
The hotel is in the town of Jasper close to many of the attractions in Jasper National park. The apartment was large and convenient with a queen bed room, a large room with three tween beds and a TV a kitchen and a large living room with additional TV. There is a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi in the hotel open until 10:00 PM. Breakfast is not included however they have a restaurant that serves breakfast. We prefer self cooking so we didn't need the restaurant services. The whole family enjoyed very much from our staying in this hotel.
“Great little spot in Jasper!”
The cafe had wonderful food (great home made pizza). The pool area was nice, clean and well appointed. The room was nice and well equiped.
“Would stay again”
Loved the fireplace and loft, gave it a nice cozy feel. The room was very quiet and it was nice to have radiant heating vs. noisy fans. Even though you can only burn fake firelogs, it still gave the room a very nice feel. Would definitely stay again and have recommended it already to some friends.
“Very Happy”
Very nice suite with living area, balcony bedroom and bathroom. They did not have us in a pet friendly room to start and happily changed our room.
“Convenient Jasper Location”
Hotel was not in as good condition as picture or AAA ratings suggests. We stayed in the older section, which was more condo like, with a full kitchen and loft. The room did not have a/c or ceiling fans, and it was an unusually warm day in Jasper, so it was a little uncomfortable at night, especially in the loft. We liked that the hotel had an indoor pool and a laundry center, so we could do our mid-trip laundry. Cheap rates: CAD $1 for wash, dry, soap. Also liked downtown location that was a short drive or long walk to restaurants and stores.
“Not the best value for the money but well kept, courteous service”
This is an older facility but has been well-maintained. Entrance to rooms in indoors and there are secure doors requiring key card access. The facilities are nicely appointed for an older hotel, beds were clean and the mini-fridge was a nice bonus. There was no A/C in our room but it really wasn't needed in Jasper in July. That didn't stop a neighboring guest from throwing a fit at the counter, though. The staff handled the guest's rant much better than I would have!
“Spacious but pricey”
We enjoyed having a kitchen, comfortable living room and separate bedroom. The Best Western had nice grounds, etc. It's a long walk to the downtown restaurant and shopping area. We loved the Jasper area, especially Mt. Edith Clavell and the Maligne Lake region. Take the boat cruise to Spirit Island.
“OK but expensive”
Hotel was clean and quiet but was too expensive.
“Just an ok hotel based on the price”
This is on the high price side for us. With this price, I would expect a slightly bigger room with more comfortable bed. A sofa bed is not as comfortable. But the small kitchen is nice. And the room is quiet overall and clean.
“Just for a place to stay”
The good points are, the room was large and had fully equiped kitchen. The bad points are, the hotel looked old, too far to walk to the the center city.
