The Room was clean, things were close by, and the staff was nice. I would return if given the chance.

This Microtel Motel was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, the staff courteous and helpful and it was quiet. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Jasper or the surrounding area.

“Very nice rooms for the money”

The hotel rooms were in excellent shape and very comfortable. The hotel was built around 2008. The breakfast was a little lame. There was only decaf coffee and tea in the breakfast room (although there was was coffee in the room). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My GPS did not recognize the street where the hotel is located, but if you call the hotel staff can give you an alternate address. Despite a few minor complaints, I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

“disappointed”

I have used Microtel before and so booked this one expecting the usual accommodations. The word suite in the name carries the connotation that the room would be equiped for a onger stay. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room or any place to keep, prepare or serve a small meal. We stayed for 3 days and so were forced to eat all of our meals out which proved to be quite expensive. Microtel should eith change the name of the motels that do not include the customary accomodations or issue a notice to that effect with the hotel information.
