First, when I came to the front desk to check in, one of the maids had a baby who had a poppy diaper. The smell was horrible. In the room, there were holes in the sheets. There were crumbs on the one of the bedside tables. They obviously don’t do extra cleaning ever as there was lots of dust built up along the wall behind furniture. It just felt unclean overall. Luckily I was only there one night. And that’s what I kept telling myself. “It’s only one night.” “It’s only one night, I can do this.”

the hotel is on the older side but very comfortable beds. Every towel I pulled off the shelf in our bathroom had a stain on it as well as the bedspread. Just needs a little love.

When I checked at 5pm in there were a number of children having a "birthday party" in the pool. I went out and did some shopping and had dinner and returned around 7:45-8:00 hoping to have a swim after a long day of driving. I was told the pool was now closed and wouldn't reopen until 9 am the next day. Bummer! I was checking out before 9. I've never stayed at a motel whose pool closed so early. Well, opted to soak in the tub instead; unfortunately the plug was broken, so... Okay accommodation if you don't want to swim or soak!

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The pool was awesome! It was so warm and there were floaties and beach balls that we could use. The only downfall was that the waffle maker was not working for their breakfast.

Hotel was filthy and broken down mess. Food on table; floor was filthy; holes in curtains; previous coffee in coffee maker; walls damaged… Busy weekend in Jamestown and no other room options with 2 beds and a pet. Otherwise, we would have left. Rating was so off the mark for this hotel.

I came to my hotel at 9:30 PM to check in and found a storage container taking up at least 5 spots in the parking lot. Luckily I was able to find a spot to park, however many others were not and had to park on the grass which is unacceptable. Why is there a storage container taking up room for your customers to park in? After I was checked in, I found that the TV in the room did not work and one of the lamps bulb was burned out. I am not impressed and will not be staying here again. Do better Comfort Inn in Jamestown. Every other Comfort Inn & Suites that I have stayed at was way better than this.

Girl at front desk had no clue what she was doing. People staying there were very shady Room was not clean I left to go to a better hotel she couldn’t even give me a resident for my room

I apologize for your experience. The girl that was working the front desk is fairly new and we were oversold for the night. She was trying to accommodate all of the arrivals. As far as giving you a receipt for your room, since you booked through a third party website the receipt would come from them. We can not give receipts for 3rd party reservations. I have worked with the front desk staff on better handling over selling issues, I apologize again for the inconvenience.

This property is finished to a very low and unacceptable standard. Toon was not as offered. Gaps between floor finishes and walls; no toilet paper holder; no covers on electrical points;lumpy mattress; one Queen instead of two as offered etc. etc. etc. Never again!!!!

Our room seemed like it was in the process of being redone, paint splatters all over, curtains filthy, carpet trim falling off or missing, no counter space in bathroom, light fixture in bathroom rusty, very dark in room,.. no pictures on walls, no headboard but holes in wall where it would attach…frig door hard to open and shut.. VERY DISSAPOINTED in the room…outside the hotel grounds were filthy …. The staff was excellent !!!!
