Confortable sans plus
2h d'attente pour avoir notre chambre (a 17h au lieu de 15) car le personnel était débordé et dans l'incapacité de donnée une heure precise. Il fallait donc faire la queue toutes les 30mn pour demander si la chambre était dispo. Aucun geste commercial, la seule chose qui nous a été proposé était de nous donner une chambre fumeur a la place de la notre si nous voullions l'avoir plus vite. Le fait d'avoir notre bébé dans les bras lors du checkin n'a pas semblé gener la personne quand elle nous a proposé la chambre fumeur. sinon, chambres un peu vieillottes mais confortables.

Hotel situe a cote d'une grande route a 4 voies. Pres d'un centre Commercial. Hotel en renovation et donce mauvaise odeurs de peinture dans toutes les chambre. Comfort moyens; meme l'avantage de la situation sur la route de l'aeroport negligible a cause des numbres tres reduits de faire demi tour en voiture sur la Grande route!

The room was a lot more rundown than we thought. The bathroom especially needs some renovation - the shower head needs replacing as it was malfunctioning. The hotel staff were nice and we were able to check in slightly earlier. The buffet breakfast was good too but I wish they labelled items that were vegetarian as I accidentally ate meat because the sliders looked vegetarian from the outside but there was a sneaky slice of salami stuck to the bread :( we loved that the hotel was connected to the mall and we spent most of our time there :)

An excellent stay with Hotel Ciputra Jakarta
3 nights with two connecting rooms were amazing. The hotel staffs were so helpful so my father who was 84 years old could stay so close to us . The breakfast was great even though it needs to be more variety every day . The swimming pool is clean, and we enjoyed swimming together. The bathrooms were clean but somehow the faucet was not cleaned & moving . On the back of the toilet was not fixed and rotten. But overall it was great stay with Hotel Ciputra. Perfect Hotel, Staff and Management.
I was given a flexible room on the 9th floor. Which is you allow to smoking or you don't have to if you not smoker. The on that only bothersome are most the guests that stay in that 9th floor smoking with their doors open. And it actually stinks the entire floor and some of the smoke get into the gab between your door and floor. But the staff and management of the hotel are above and beyond. They moved me to the 15th non-smoking room with top-notch amazing room. I really appreciate the hotel employees staff and management. They're perfect in so many ways. Very helpful, Polite and accommodating. This is will be the hotel that I will stay again next year when I come back to Jakarta for sure.

Dirty, Bath curtain was fusty. Bath towels are brown-colored . No coffee is served in breakfast. When we finished a dish, staff comes soon to take it back to kitchen. Leave me alone and give me time to relax. Finally, lounge manager was terrible. He or she stopped serving alcohol like beers and wines suddenly due to Moslem religious reason though they did not let us know before that and hotel charge is including such lounge service charge. I suggest you not to use this duty hotel.
