So so but location is good
It was okay for an over night stay. Room was small and the walls were quite thin so I could hear noices. AC was not working well in one of the rooms so we had to move. We booked two rooms. The upside was the check in was quite fast. Breakfast menu was okay and the location was close to mall and restaurants.

The water heater was not working. Water was not hot to shower. Tissue not provided. I like the room because it was very specious and comfy. Will sure return but please improve the water heater.

Love the breakfast and easy to find food
The hotel within the mall.... its easy to find food from local to western cuisine... There is a money changer also so easy to change money but you have ask the exact location. There is mini market such as alfamart within the building. The room where i sleep...quite small ... maybe because i choose srandard room but you can connect to the internet via free wifi. The breakfast was not bad... quite a lot of choices from fruits ... salad ...local cuisine etc.

Good choice
Nice hotel to stay, lot of food stalls around, just steps away from busway station, only 20 min to Halim Airport. The only cons was the bathroom's hot water was not flowing

there's no view in the room, false advertising
there's no view in the room, false advertising, construction noise near your room, unfriendly staffs that do not care or attempt to change your room location.

Poor wifi, renovation required, can't be 3-star
Disappointed with hotel. Very poor wifi internet which hurt my business work. Hotel is too old and need renovation. Tiles were broken, bed was too noisy, even you can easily hear the sound of beds of upstairs or next door neighbours. Very noisy place due to busy commercial area.

Check in was acceptable. The room was run down. There seems to be glue smell and cigarette smell always in the room. Mosquito was also flying around the room even when the toilet door is closed. A not so good experience

Average but good for middle class business people.
Room was average. oK for quick visit and fast check in. Not much to say about breakfast, very little choicde for money paid for room and breakfast. No tissue in room and no hairdryer, and no hot kettle.

Overall, not terrible. Staff were fantastic and very helpfull!! Breakfast had classic Indo food which was great :) The room seemed old, soap marks on the shower, mould on the ceiling, the odd spraying head for the shower etc etc... For what I paid I could get better but it did the job.

For shopping lovers
The room has no window, a bit small, and getting there quite stuck in jam, since its next to a big shopping complex. Just great if you are up for shopping and quite near to TMI. Breakfast was decent, with great choice.

Cheap and cheerful.
We stayed in a superior room this time and it was noisy outside. Both times I have stayed here the aircon units have been less than effective, however, the room is clean and comfortable, the bed is nice to sleep in and the showers are hot and reasonably powerful. For the money, this is a great choice.

Hotel is of the standard I have come to expect from the Fav chain. Comfy bed and hot shower with good service and the usual warm Indonesian hospitality. Stayed in both the standard room and superior rooms - I prefer the standard as there are no windows and hence no traffic noises from outside. Close to a local mall with fast food, the bus way terminal is located there and taxis are always available. If you're in east jakarta, need a bed for the night, not a bad stay.

Clean hotel but building quality poor
The hotel was clean but the building finish poor, we stayed 6 nights and the air-conditioning in the first allocated room was not working. maintenance staff tried to fix but not successful then we were shifted to another room. The paint finish in both room looked like a child hand painted the rooms paint on windows and tiles in bathroom. No shower curtain in the first room water allowed to run onto floor. The hotel was value for money, was clean in a good location for travel to city or eastern suburbs.

Great cost effective Hotel
Hotel staff were always very friendly & always willing to help. Service was excellent! Room was clean, bed was big clean & comfy, room was of decent size, however even on a high level when facing main road the normal Jakarta traffic noise level was very high. Also better sound-proofing between the rooms would have been nicer. Location is not very close to centre of the city, however it was a strategic location for my stay for business close by. Lots of Asian/Western food just below the hotel, e.g. Dunkin' Donuts, Mc Donalds, Bread Talk, J Co, Hok Ben, AW, other small eateries, etc. Breakfast was included in the room price & was decent, however range was not that extensive & food was not topped up all that often. Overall, a good cost effective hotel & enjoyed my stay.

部屋に冷蔵庫がない。窓から外が見える部屋だったので良かったが、外が見えない部屋もあった。Wi-fiが弱く使えなかった。ローカル感はあり、ショッピングセンター(?)と一緒のビルなので、食べるところも多かったが、あまり治安の良いエリアではないとも聞いた。
