“Exceeded our expections!”
Every moment at the Rambaugh Palace was one very pleasant surprise after another! We were in India for 10 days and the stay at this hotel was the highlight of our trip. The staff couldn't have done anything better! The room and staff were extraordinary!
“A true palace”
Amazing, palatial experience at Rambagh palace. Excellent guest service, everyone there strives to make you feel like royalty. A must stay in Jaipur!!
“Truly unique!”
The hotel was steeped in character as it is a real Indian Palace and so we experienced the feeling of what it was like to be a king and queen in India. A truly unique stay.
“Outstanding world class Hotel”
An experience not to be missed. From a flower garland welcome to easy trouble free checkout this hotel does everything very well indeed.Various eating places to suit your mood and wallet, luxuriously appointed rooms with exquisite furniture, and toiletries. Friendly attentive staff who would strive to give guests a memorable stay. Beautiful manicured gardens which sadly, we didn't have time to enjoy. Highly recommended
“felt like royalty at the rambagh palace”
I spent two nights at the Rambagh Palace in early December, and it was blissful. Once I arrived, I felt instantly energized with such a warm welcome at the Palace! The location is beautiful and the hotel transports you back to a more peaceful and gentle era. The deluxe room was very spacious, elegant, stylish, quiet and had a lovely bathroom. The staff were extremely attentive, I seriously thought they had mistaken me for someone famous, but I guess they try to make everyone feel like that. The whole experience was truly wonderful and I will definitely return to the Rambagh Palace!
“Sad and disappointing experience”
I arrived at the hotel after a 5 hour drive from the Oberoi in Agra. Half way through the trip I received news of the death of my Grandfather. I ended up staying 2 hours at hotel while booking new flights out and planning my trip back home. Staff was not helpful but surprisingly uncaring under the circumstances. They were unable to aid me in booking a flight of Jaipur, the only thing they made sure to tell me was that my stay would not be refunded - the first night I expected, the second surprised me - not that I asked or cared at that moment, and they even forgot to give me sandwiches I had ordered for the trip (and paid for). From these two hours I admit I did not have time to fully appreciate the building and grounds. The palace is beautiful, I expected it to be more welcoming and found it a little cold. The gardens are immaculate. The room was beautiful, fitting of a palace but it was on the ground floor and extremely dark. I had high tea (for lunch) and the staff at the restaurant seemed somehow out of place - something amiss. Whether inexperienced or overly confident, I am unsure.
