The Samode Palace hotel enables the weary traveller to live and feel like royalty. The hotel has a majestic history, now laced with luxury, comfort, elegance and a wonderful standard of service. The hotel is such a romantic hideaway and is just perfect for unwinding and living the dream.

It was a fantastic experience staying at Barwara Kothi. The place is very well maintained, neat and clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff was very helpful, food was excellent, and my family enjoyed the stay here.
We visited in June, which is a very hot time of the year and so off-season. The only complaint staying here was that the ACs in the room weren't very effective. It took several hours before the rooms got cooled. The owner explained that it being so hot outside, and no other guests except us staying there, the rooms get heated much more. Maybe that was true, but I still feel that given some servicing the ACs could have done a much better job.
On the whole I would say that it's a great place to stay, just like home away from home. Highly recommended!

The hotel is a lovely place, and has loads of character. The owner was very helpful. He organised a complimentary transfer, recommended a good restaurant and helped us organise our sightseeing around Jaipur. The room was very spacious and breakfasts were tasty, with generous portions. Overall we would highly recommend staying here.
