“Great condo”

It's not really a hotel, but a condo. We walked in and were surprised by how large the space was. The rooms are spacious and laid out very nicely. It was also very clean and you can tell the place has been well kept. We got a corner suite which meant our windows looked into the building across from us, but we didn't mind since it also meant we got an outdoor patio with a full dining set. The location itself is good or bad based on what you're looking for. It's a bit far from the main downtown area of Jaco ($3 taxi ride) which meant you had to take a vehicle to get there. But at the same time, we appreciated that it meant the area of the beach it had access to was very secluded. There weren't that many people the entire time and it was literally steps away from the condo. Parking was free and fully guarded which was great. The security guards were also very pleasant and did anything to make the stay more enjoyable. We didn't appreciate the hours of service for the front desk though. Most days were only until 8pm, which made it a bit difficult to get any help after that. Especially since the wifi cut out on one of the nights so we had no access to internet until they opened back up in the morning. And even then they said it was out of their control because it was based on the provider. Overall though it was a nice experience and I would recommend it for a larger group, maybe not 2 people which we were.
