Dirty room moldy shower curtain
This was not a good stay. The tub was filthy, the shower curtain had mold on it and when I said something to the person at the front desk. He said the room was fine. I asked if I could be moved to another room because I didn't feel comfortable being in a room with mold and a dirty tub. He flat out said no and I couldn't get a refund.

I paid for the hotel ahead of time for one night. First, the manager accused me of bringing a pet to the room (no such thing happened). Next, the couple next door to us fought the entire night; yelling and slamming doors til the early morning. Then, when we checked out, the manager gave my grandmother the hotel key back and she, not knowing I’d paid already, paid for a second time. The hotel refuses to give her her money back claiming we took the key and stayed another night. Totally untrue. We were home 3.5 hours away by noon! Beware when you pay ahead! This place will take your money and lie to keep it!! We will be filing a complaint.

The staff was not friendly not even when I called to make the reservation. I was hung up on and when I called back I called four times and not one answer so I had to book it online the hotel was not clean or welcoming I would not recommend this one to anyone. It was the only hotel that had availability that time frame we needed. I just can’t believe that this hotel is still up and running whem the staff is that horrible and their facility is that disgusting. worst hotel.

The front desk staff was especially courteous. We needed handicapped parking and had our choice of spots right out the door of our room. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. The shampoo was in a small tear open package that I could actually get open and was good quality shampoo. The bar bath soap lathered up very well. The towels were not skimpy or rough. We had neighbors on both sides of our ground floor room, but could not hear anyone. However....The curtain had a large edge gap that let in TOO much light. And there was no plastic liner for the ice bucket.

Old smelly carpet
Carpet in room are old and smelly due to the AC was not on when we first entered. I turned up the air and febreeze the whole room ( always have a febreeze when u travel).

It was close to what I was going to be attending. Near shopping and food places. I did not like how it just smelt old which is understandable it seemed to be an old place. I wish the air would have been on prior to us entering, that would help with the smell as well. Other than that it was a good place to go, I will probably be returning.

People need to get over the covid thing. Could not even walk into the lobby. And of course no breakfast because know one is allowed in the lobby. Just a window with a slot in it to pass your card through.

If you are desperate for a place to spend the night, this might do. Desk clerk was not rude but not at all welcoming. Lobby isn’t open STILL to COVID and you have to use the night window. Parking area is not well kept and a airs going between floors are rusty and they are just waiting for some one to gash open a foot. Rooms are clean but toilet paper box is rust coming through the paint. It is an older motel with little or no upkeep being done to it. The pool had not been cleaned even though I had called the office to make sure it was open. So unless you don’t mind all the above— enjoy you ur stay.

NASTY & RUDE STAFF
Reservation was cancelled upon arrival. Staff was NASTY and RUDE. I had planned and selected to pay for stay upon arrival and planned to pay cash. Staff attempted to charge card hours before arrival and room was canceled. Ad states room will be charged on check-in. I was left without a room for the day. Staff must be owner be he was very RUDE!

I was on an extended road trip and needed rest and found this place on my way. Check in was quick and courteous. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. No complaints.

This motel was nasty and it had plumbing issues in the ceiling above the bath tub, it also had mold. I have photos and video. I advised the owner and he told me to have a nice day. I rate this motel a zero.
