“Good for the price”

It is a very cheap extended stay place, but it is in okay condition and is fairly clean. The neighborhood is just a typically old area. Not in bad conditions just not where rich people live.

“Almost”

This property was almost acceptable, but not quite. The room was almost satisfactorily clean, but not quite. The fit and finish of the room was almost satisfactory, but not quite. The location was great and some of the front office staff was nice and helpful. I took a chance on this Choice property, but will not do so again.

“Not impressed”

When I saw the Extended Stay name I thought it was part of the Extended Stay America chain but it isn't. The room is quite small for an extended stay visitor. There wasn't much drawer space, the refrigerator was so small you had to remove the ice cube trays to fit a frozen dinner in the freezer, and the bathroom had a pedastel sink with no place to put toiletries except for a small shelf at the bottom of the mirror. On top of that there was a lot of screaming and yelling outside my room the first night so I wasn't too comfortable staying there. Fortunately I did get a refund for the nights that I cancelled.
