“Best Place to Stay in Jacksonville”

The staff was very very efficient and my family can't wait to go back!! We had a slight problem with our room and they took care of the problem ASAP. I recomend this place to all families :-)

“A Hidden Gem”

I found this hotel through Expedia. I read the comments and they were glowing. I took a chance a booked the room. Everything that was written about this hotel was true. Many would miss this hotel because it is not well-marked from the main highway but it does have easy access and is convenient to businesses and beaches. The rooms were delightful - clean and well furnished. The continental breakfast offered hot items such as scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage and biscuits and waffles. I would certainly stay here again. The price was very resonable for what we received. I do caution you that I was told by the desk staff that in the future this may become an Holiday Inn Express and then the prices might not be so reasonable.

“Great Hotel!”

For the price, I was expected a mediocre hotel, but was amazed when I arrived. It was absolutely beautiful. A huge lobby / breakfast area, with big screen tv, and the beds in the room were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Best of all, the staff treated you like old friends, and were extremely helpful with directions and local information. If I need to go back to Jacksonville, this is the place I will stay.

“very impressed”

A little hard to find at first, i missed the street the first time coming off 9A, they need better signs, check in went smooth, the room was bigger then i thought and was perfect for working out of, everything was new, the a/c was ice cold the staff friendly. free breakfast, not much there but it was nice, always fresh hot coffee everytime i came into the lobby. i usually stay at the holliday inn express. i will stay here from now on.

“Outstanding for the Price”

The location was not the greatest. There is not a scenic view from this hotel. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a suite. Could not beat it for the price paid.

“Impressive!”

I was really impressed with this place. It is alot nicer than i'd imagined it would be and the staff was really helpful, and the cab services they help you with are great. Jacksonville is a really spread out city so not much is in walking distance, but there is a Denny's close by, and a shopping mall near by also. You also get a handy free breakfast. I would not have second thoughts about staying here again!
