Apologies for room smelling like smoke. We are non-smoking facility but unfortunately sometimes people smoke in a room, we do our best to treat the rooms after to ensure smoke smell dissipates. Unfortunately, it appears we did not get all the smell out of the property.

Thanks for taking time to review stay. We just completed renovations in December with new room carpet, new mattresses and many other items. We apologize that your stay was unpleasant, we have signs all of the building, including at the front desk, stating we are currently under renovations to make guest aware. As for the noise complaint, that was addressed right after called, we went up to room above yours, guest was one long-term occupant and was in bed when addressed about noise complaint, also we went down to th your floor to see if we could hear anything audibly and it was completely quiet. There was no renovations at that time of night nor the guest above making any noise. We only had the one call from your room and thought issue had been resolved since no further issue had been raised. We would hope after renovations to get another opportunity but understand if you do not want to. Have a great holiday season!

We apologize that you was unhappy with current conditions, you are correct we are in the renovation process, as we are having new carpet installed this week and should be completed with the hotel in next several weeks. We will be receiving new sofa by the end of the year if current timetables are correct, along with other improvements. We hope you give us another opportunity in the future

Apologies on the pre-authorization that was taken for both reservations, the system should have used them with your actual payment at check-in but for some reason did not. It's a common practice for hotels to preauthorize on date of arrival to ensure credit cards on file are valid. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused.We are going to be replacing the sofa, along with carpet and other items during our renovation that is scheduled to start later this month through end of year.We hope you give us another opportunity in the future.

Thanks for reviewing your stay, we apologize you was no aware of the pet free prior, on Expedia website it does mention what our weekly pet fee amount would come to, which includes the first 1-4 days at 35 as you mentioned, that fee is not paid by Expedia or on their site and must be paid at property. Apologies for room condition, we are getting renovated later this year and getting new carpet, couches, drapes and more. Our staff works hard daily to ensure the rooms are cleaned properly prior to any of our guests stay, however a few rooms that have stains that are engrained and will not go away until they are replaced unfortunately, we hope you come back and try us out after renovations but we understand your feelings about giving us another opportunity.
