Will never stay at this property myself and would never suggest this property to any one I know. The staff including management needs training in customer service. The clerk reacted to me like we were on the street corner but then here comes the manager which was no better, she made the situation worse. Im over it now, was pretty upset, but I paid the price, lost 60 bucks, sad thing is im the customer the one contributing to thier paycheck and they treated me like crap. Maybe thier checks should reflect -60 dollars so we all learn a lesson. Lol. Doubt that happens. No worries its obvious they dont need my business.
