We did enjoy our stay however, I think you should know that the tub was extremely slippery and I almost fell several times. Other than that we had a great stay. Thank you.

This hotel was clean, had a friendly staff, great breakfast option, and all around great. Located at the airport, it makes for an easy option for anyone needing a place after landing.

Stayed overnite so I could catch a very early flight ( very convenient to JAX). The staff were great at front desk and at resturant. Liked the courtyard vibe with outdoor pool that allows for decent room to do laps. The rooms were clean. The shuttle to JAX much appreciated at “0’Dark Thirty”. Even with construction going on, the room and halls seemed aged.

Property was being repainted outside right by my back window and pool. Very noisy, beep beep beep as machines moved around. Restaurant was good and room service was fast. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of options for a fair price. Coffee was not available 24/7 which was disappointing. I thought that all Hilton hotels offered complimentary coffee. To be fair, if it wasn't under construction and there was coffee, i would've given 4 - 5 stars. Very close to airport with shuttle service.

The room was dirty and in poor condition. This place needs cleaning and renovations done. There were brown stains smeared on the bathroom light fixture and the door of the bathroom and closet. I’m completely disgusted. I always clean when entering a room with bleach products so I did a deep cleaning of the room. This place was filthy. I actually went and purchased bedding for the room because I didn’t trust theirs, its a good thing because the under-sheet had dried up blood stains on it. It’s right next to the airport terminal so it gets very noisy, especially in the early morning

Close to the airport and had a restaurant. Also had some nice outside sitting areas, trees and a pond. I did not like the extra charge for parking a vehicle.

Perfectly fine airport hotel. Crazily unwalkable though, can't even access the airport without a shuttle, let alone getting back into town.

The heating did not work properly. the paint on the inside of the bathroom door partially had peeled off. Overall the room gave a tired impression.

The building on the inside was very cold. Im talking 64-65ish. Maybe in the summer time but not in February. Our room had a bed that was like a marshmallows. Too soft.

Prepare to pay $10 per night for your parking spot. The hotel inside is neglected, the room had terrible smell I had to use my body spray on the bed sheets a few times in the one day we stayed because it was disgusting. There was not garbage bags in the trash, only one small hand soap, tissue paper box empty they arranged 5 tissue papers on top to make it look like is full. The staff is dry but somewhat professional. At night the parking lot is well lit and clean.

My room smelled of cigarette smoke. The door safety latch was broken and it was very noisy at the end of building where I was. However very convenient - easy 10 minute walk to the airport and had a great dinner at the restaurant there.

The staff was friendly. The bartender was an absolute joy!! Our breakfast and dinner were both great. Hollandaise sauce needs some help but other than that, it was wonderful.

This was okay. The bed was great but the shower was terrible. The hallway was not in good condition either. It’s a decent place but shouldn’t be paying nearly so much. Had to wait several minutes for someone to show up to the front desk for checkout.

The room wasn’t very clean, furniture stained. The bed was so low to the ground and it wasn’t a proper mattress. The AC did not work and could not open windows. The elevators smelled like dog urine. I will say the front desk personnel were lovely and greeted persons with smiles, gave cookies and water. It also is literally next to the airport so convenient. But overall, for the money I paid, I would expect a clean, properly functioning room…

So the property is incredible but Expedia dropped the ball on my reservation. I got an e mail on the way there from Expedia that one of my rooms was cancelled- then called the hotel and they had no Expedia reservation for me at all. Luckily the hotel had two other rooms available. I was extremely upset as I was traveling for a family emergency. I will never book through Expedia again!
