This hotel was terrific. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lobby has a restaurant where you can get a quick bite, or have a full meal. The hotel's location is close to all the activities in the surrounding area and the major highways. Our only issue was the maid wouldn't always leave the toiletries. But I only needed to ask at the desk & was given what was needed. We will return if in the Jacksonville area again.

“Fabulous modern clean hotel--highly recommend!”

I got a great deal on this hotel for a trip to Mayo with my mother. The rooms are very clean and modern, with hardwood floors, Keurig coffee, Aveda toiletries, large flat screen TV, and very comfortable beds. The hotel is about 10-12 minutes from Mayo and although we didn't try it, there is a very good restaurant (3 Forks I think) a few doors away from the hotel. The desk staff is extremely helpful and couldn't have been nicer. All in all one of my better stays in a hotel, and I've stayed in lots of nice places.

We had a great weekend stay here! Great service - from the front desk personnel to housekeeping. Super location - lots of choices in restaurants, some even within walking distance. Awesome room - very modern, love the hardwood floors and the walk in shower.

Excellant place to stay. Beautiful, clean, new , small lake and boardwalk view, fine dining right next door. People friendly, very enjoyable. Relaxed open bar and patio area nicely arranged.Only noticable improvement is that we noticed that room service trays seemed to stay in the hall ways longer than I have seen before.
