Property was great. Really liked the outdoor fire pit wish it stayed on longer than 1/2 hour.

Went to take a shower and the knob was wrong. What was supposed to be cold luke warm and was supposed to be hot was ice cold. Once that was figured out then found out that there was no hot water at all

They couldn’t check us in till almost an hour after check in time. One of our rooms didn’t have hot water, barely luke warm.

As nice as you'll find in Jacksonville NC, the pool was a bit too warm but the location was very close to everything. Very nice staff.

I was impressed with how well I slept. Let's face it unless it is "your bed" it is not comfortable. I have never had a more comfortable slept in my life. Willy the honoree mascot of the hotel was a great touch! He is pharaoh however sweet at the same time. I hope others get to see him too.

Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you were comfortable during your stay! Not to sound like I am bragging about our fur baby, but he is the best! He appeared during Hurricane Florence and has stuck by our side ever since. When he is hungry, he can open the automatic door, come to the front desk, and with one loud "MEOW" he runs out the door as he is looking over his shoulder to make sure you are coming too. He wants his food, and he will go to the food closet to watch you get it. He is part of our hotel family. He is vaccinated and chipped. He is loved and spoiled by everyone!

I loved the staff attentiveness, and frequent but not annoying texts to check on our stay and comfort. Willy (I believe that is the cat's name) was adorable and I enjoyed hearing about the stories of his welcoming into this hotel. The room was clean, access to dine was great and beds were comfortable, and I NEVER say that about any hotel. We were there 5 days to visit our Marine and I felt rested, safe and attended too. I would definitely visit again. The only complaint I had was the breakfast. Although complimentary, I am an eggs and bacon kind of person and the omelets seemed as though the eggs were from a box and the cheese was the left-over nacho cheese form my son's baseball game the night before. Not appetizing at all. I would enjoy even a make your own omelet with cooked but needing to be reheated bacon, sausage and/or ham.

I've stayed here before when they first opened and it was great. This time around the breakfast was not so good. The stay was overall ok for Hilton.

The accommodations were amazing. Rooms were clean and very accommodating, beds were comfortable. Dian and Karen were our housekeepers, and were extremely pleasant. They checked in to see what we needed, and provided the most professional service I've seen in a long time. Beka and Kim were in the front desk and very helpful. Kim promptly notified me of a lost item before we left town, and Beka checked in occasionally to make sure that the stay was going well. I have been very impressed and cannot speak highly enough of all the staff that we interacted with, as well as the accommodations.
