The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The pool was too cold to use. My room did not have hot water two of the four mornings we stayed there.

A standard room was booked with two double beds and the room only had one bed in it. We were not offered cots or pillows or blankets to assist with the fact that we had 4 individuals that needed sleeping arrangements at 11pm at night while traveling. Will not come here again due to thr lack of accommodations.

Aging facility lot of noise from fridge and ac, tub had a dip in it that was stained. Outside lots of trash and debris around the property and in the woods adjacent

Checkin was quick and easy. Room was very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and coffee was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Checkout was super easy. Our TV remote was missing. My husband reported it to the front desk, and in less than 10 minutes we had a replacement. Awesome!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Great staff, clean, quiet, room fan able to run continuously, pool adequate, hot tub nice and warm. Staff prepared early take out breakfast at 5 am for us!!

I was a late arrival last night. (Had to book early because of an emergency) Staff member was accommodating. Room is amazing, bed is luxurious and it was quiet last night. The staff is friendly and helpful to my needs. Had a refreshing shower to start the day. Ruby Tuesday's is within walking distance.

Too tall!
I love the comfort of the beds but the height is out of control. I am 5 ft tall. I need a stool to.get into the beds without difficulty. Offering a step up to short patrons would be appreciated.

We were coming from a cruise. Check in wasn’t until 4 pm they were able to get us in a room by 12 (much appreciated). Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Best continental breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. Fresh, hot and variety. Would definitely stay again
