“Well worth the money”

The rooms were very clean and so comfortable. The staff was extremely nice, and the hotel was simply so beautiful. The buffet breakfast was also very nice, but I would get there early if you want a bigger selection. We would definitely stay here again!!

“Nice for a quick get away”

The kitchen area must have been skipped by housekeeping(no cups for tea and leftover bottled water in fridge) but bed was clean and comfortable, shower was hot and very nice gym. Awesome breakfast!! Staff friendly, except for kitchen room very clean and everything worked well. Definitely will go back when return to Jacksonville.

Clean room, great location, reasonable price. Can't ask for much more for what it is and where it is. Comfortable traveler's hotel. Would be great for families.

“Awesome Place to stay”

The rooms are BIG and very comfortable. Two TV's, Two phones, three sinks...a hair dryer, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. they thought of everything. They even had extra toiletries at the front desk (razors,comb...). Our every need was met and expectations exceeded. The atrium is beautifully decorated, bright. Breakfast is included and was better than some restaurants. Made to order omelets, bacon,sausage,pancakes, breads, bagels,fruit... the buffet had it all! My only complaint was a banging that started early (8:00 am) on a Saturday. When I complained, the movie that I had ordered in my room was removed from my Bill!

“Centrally located / pleasant”

We lived in Jax years ago and have enjoyed a few birthday "packages" when my child was younger. They may still offer the parties. I don't know. We stay at Embassy Suites when visiting because we feel relatively safe and secure as there is one main entrance. The breakfast buffet is extremely handy and offers quite a few choices. All the rooms are wrapped around a huge atrium in the center. It's a large hotel but as you step out of the elevator to go your room, it seems rather homey. The only negatives are that the two TVs are dated and I wish the kichenette offered silverware and dishes.

“Definitely will go back”

Our hotel room was lovely and very clean. The atrium was absolutely beautiful with lush plants and pretty lights and waterfalls throughout. There were very few TV channels and no TV guide channel so we had no idea what was coming on. That should be improved. The breakfast had a huge selection, but the first day everything was cold on the hot bar. The second day we took time for cooked to order omelets and they were delicious. We would love to return to this hotel.

Everything was very comfortable and roomy! The evening cocktail and free breakfast was a nice bonus. The staff was very courteous!

great Hotel! The breakfast choice was great. The spacious room was remarkable. The only negative about the stay was the remotes would not work on the TV's and there was a not a register for the ac in the living area. It stayed very warm in this area. overall a good stay.

“Embassy Suites Jacksonville”

Great hotel. Hotel facilities, exercise room and pool and internet room were well maintained and clean. Cook to order breakfasts were very good. Overall, an excellent value.
