“Great place, super people, even to us Buckeyes!”

What a GREAT place to stay. Very friendly staff and very comfortable room. Super price, also. We were close to all the things we wanted to do. What an AWESOME experience. Thanks!

“Comfort yes, service no”

We stayed there for 5 nights and were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel. It seemed clean, bright, easily accessible to Jacksonville. The front desk people were fantastic and a pleasure to talk to, very helpful. However, our room housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Dirty towels left on our coffee table one day, no fresh towels left, dirty cups not collected and replaced with new, never wiped off any table surfaces. House keeper was just lazy in my book. To top it off, we left a survey card with the front desk explaining our trouble with housekeeping and we never even got a reply. Guess they don't want my several times a year Jacksonville business!!
