Check-in was good but the type of room we reserved wasn’t available. They had to give us an “accessible” room, but staff did comp our breakfast for the inconvenience.

I really enjoyed my stay and will stay again .Every things was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly.I haven’t stay in a hotel this nice in a while .I will give it a 5 star for sure

This was our first travel trip with our Boykin. The hotel is very dog friendly and so accommodating. Our baby was well behaved and really enjoyed the trip.

Nice location and several dining options nearby. No regular coffee in room. Asked for some and front desk said they would get us some but never did. Small thing but I sure do like my cup of coffee in the morning as I get ready for the day

Although property and room was clean, I was quite disappointed in amenities. First of all, although there was a bar, it was not open on New Year’s Eve!!! There was no waitress service at restaurant. Very misleading on website.

Loved that Aloft was in walking distance of several foods spots, had two Tesla charging ports (which was one of the reasons we picked this place), and a crib for our baby to sleep during the stay. If you have allergies to dogs I wouldn’t recommend because this place accepts dogs and a lot of people had them. I love dogs and have two of my own back home so it didn’t bother me but just a FYI…..

This property is up and down my first experience was mediocre. This is my second stay and they put me on the first floor in lobby, room smelt like smoke before I got into room, (they gave me air freshener) for a “solve”. Staff disappeared in the middle of night. Charged my card for close to $1000 worth of damages on a room I had video evidence of that was in perfect shape ready for the next person 5 hours after my checkout time ! Very small staff with sticky fingers be careful looks good on camera but nothing special not even a view ! Unless you wanna see streets and the small back pool which closes at 10 pm .. whomp whomp whomp
