“OK for the money”

Average rooms. Staff not attentive or well informed of the area. Asked for directions to the coliseum, they said it would take 20-25 minutes to get there...it took about 8 minutes. Upon check in I was told I would be called to be sure the room was ok. I was not called. The check in folks were pre-occupied with personal issues. Breakfast was poor. Ok if you get a very good price.

We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come unlock the doors so we could get into the hotel to check in. There was no phone in our room. There was no coffee pot. There was no remote control. They put us in a "Do not rent" room, according to a house keeper. The breakfast was not very good. The room smelled horrible!

Upon check in the hotel clerk thought I was there for 1 night, I told her the reservation was for 4. she was polite, but not real bright. then she gave me my keys, i went up to the third floor, which reeked like cigarettes, opened the room and there was only 1 bed, I booked the room for 2. went back down, and she was appologetic, and gave me the correct room at that time. the toilet felt like it was going to fall over when I used it (I weigh 160 lbs) the bathroom had some old mold at the top which they tried to clean, but were not succesful. the rest of the room was fairly clean, and the continental breakfast was decent. i would not stay there again, but i was going for inexpensive.

arrived at the hotel at approx 7:00. there was no one at the check in counter, waited about 10 minutes and a youg lady arrived and apologized. we were given a room on the 2nd floor. the dead bolt was inoperable and the security latch had been broken in half. we requested another room and moved. the 2nd room was satisfactory,

“Stay some where else”

The service at this hotel was terrible. Pay an additional $10 dollars and stay some where else. They did not clean the room the whole time I was there. Even when I complained about it. There were never any towels in the room. The housekeepers fradulently misrepresented their work daily as to cleaning the rooms. On check out, the desk clerk was standing outside smoking a cigarette and trying to talk to me about the problems I experience. Totally unprofessional. Worst stay ever!
