“Very pleased with the Drury Inn and Suites and so was my husband.”

Great hotel experience. When we travel again, if there is a Drury Inn and Suites in the area, this will be our first choice. It was in a great location, easy to get to, and my husband liked that they served a full breakfast in the morning and hot food and beverages in the evening. Great to know you did not have to leave the hotel for dinner, saving an added expense of a meal.

“Great!”

We stopped in Jackson overnight on a long drive. It was great. It was clean and the staff friendly. The cocktails/soda and appetizers were a nice surprise at check-in. Our family enjoyed the pool/hot tub for a couple of hours before bedtime. Breakfast was and delicious. It is literally just off I-55 and has a Target located across the street if you need any last minute items.

“GREAT LOCATION, AND CLEAN, QUIET ROOM”

I would definitely go back, easy access to I-55, but not noisy. The lobby and our room were clean, the breakfast buffett was excellent, and the staff was friendly.

“Drury inn & suites' reputation continues untarnished”

After a five night stay in a Drury in Amarillo, tx in Aug 2010, with no complaints & a significant list of praiseworthy attributes I looked for one on my trip thru the Deep South. Jackson, MS was the correct distance to drive in one day. Although its location was approx. 10 miles off of I-20 I made the reservation, found it with no difficulties, checked in, & 15 hours later drove away thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The hotel had no problems that I observed. It was neat, clean, quiet, & lived up to all promises (in their advertising) & memories (on my part from Amarillo 2010). My room was across from an elevator, ice machine, & vending machine, but no noise disturbed my evening, night, & early morning. More significant was the presence of a set of train tracks across from my room--with no intrusion by middle of the night whistles!! The evening "kickback" & the morning "quick-start" were exactly what I needed...sustinence in-house with needed nutrients; nothing exceptionally fancy, but adequate in all respects. I am happy to see more locations being opened & I will certainly return to this & other Drury's on my routes from Point "A" to Point "B" in the future.

“Free Food Ruined the Stay”

Hotel advertised, "free food" morning and evening. It was like a "free for all" during serving times. Hotel would put the food out and within 2 to 3 minutes, nothing was left. People were acting as if it was an "all u can eat for free" buffet, piling there plates high or taking a whole tray of sweet rolls. It put a "bad" taste in our mouths for this hotel even though it was clean and convenient to where we wanted to go.
