“"Wonderful Hotel"”

I just loved this "wonderful" hotel. It was such a "wonderful stay". The room was "wonderfully" decorated and so comfortable. The staff was great with such "wonderful" attitudes. I was so impressed with those "wonderful" warm cookies they gave me a check-in. I look forward to another "wonderful" stay at this Doubletree Hotel!!!!!!!!!

“Friendly Front Desk”

after driving all day with two babies, we arrived at the doubletree. the front desk staff couldn't have been nicer to us. we received cookies, bottles of water and free drink vouchers. it was a nice ending to a long day! we had an early flight the next morning and left the hotel before breakfast was served. there were complimentary muffins, coffee and fruit at the front desk for us when we checked out. it was a nice touch.

“Jackson's best, very impressed”

Read other reviews about several hotels in Jackson area. This one came at the top with a 3.5 star rating. That was very underrated. Loved everything about this hotel, especially the complimentaty cookies!!!

“"waiting on next trip"”

The hotel was wonderful, I was celebrating my 40th birthday. I had never been to Jackson overnight. I met my boyfriend there, its our in between mark. The room was perfect, comfortable, and clean. I would love to have stayed a little longer. Very nice, its my memorable spot now. The location was perfect, everything was very close, from food and shopping.

“Very inviting”

My stay was for four nights. Very nice rooms though they were a little small. Staff was very friendly. Would like to see better care of fitness center. Look forward to returning again.

“Really nice at a great price”

This is what we appreciated: Complimentary warm fresh cookies at check-in. Only the lack of excessive glitz keeps it from being a 5 star. The entire property is well maintained, desk staff is friendly and efficient, support staff is an invisible well-oiled machine. Free parking. The room is architecturally interesting and well-appointed - not the usual box. Furnishings are tastefully upscale yet not over the top. First-class bedding and linens. 42" flat screen with far better than usual selection of hotel TV channels. Fast complimentary internet.Top notch toiletries. Hygienic offee pot makes 2 individual cups of coffee in a flash. Bed turn-down, mint on pillow - pure comfort and quiet. Delightful. Amazingly reasonable.

“Nice Hotel”

The service and friendly staff was a real plus. The only disappointment I had was that the Hot Tub had some pumps out so only two jets were working.

“Decent hotel and restaurant”

“A good business hotel”

Conveniently located, bed was really comfortable, has services you would expect at a business hotel. The cookie on check-in was a nice surprise.
