“Pleasantly Adequate”
Good service, nice extras (bottled water in room, trail mix, hot cocoa) Kids heated wading pool.
“Fantastic!”
The lodge was beautiful, well priced and the staff were incredibly honest and helpful.
“It fit our needs (4 adults and 2 children) perfectly.”
Our unit had two bedrooms plus a pull out in the living area, two and a half baths, and a kitchenette that we found very handy. The space was adequate... It offered privacy...it was clean ...it provided what we needed for a great week in the Jackson Hole area. If we went back to Jackson Hole, we would certainly feel comfortable staying there again.
“Great experience”
We had a great experience. The pool was huge, but the hot tubs were way too hot for our liking. At one time the pool was filled with bugs, but they left the net out and I cleaned it out for them. Our room was wonderful. We thought we were getting just two beds, bathroom and tv, but it turned out it also included a huge other area with full kitchen, living room, fireplace and another tv with dvd. That was a great surprise.
“nice Motel”
We enjoyed out stay very much, the pool was quite nice on a hot day
“The Best that we have stayed at”
Our hotel room was very conveinent to stay at. It was all within walking distance of all the attractions. Well worth the stay and the size of room we had was assume. We would highly reccomed this hotel to our friends. We would also return to the sme one. Thanks so much for the help you gave us..
“The Tetons”
This was a trip for me and my recently graduated son. The Jackson Hole Lodge (JHL) was great. I was not expecting it to be a luxury hotel, so it actually exceeded my expectations. Best feature is the staff. Folks were wonderful. The location is perfect. We walked to the square, only a couple of blocks. Could have walked to the rodeo, as we had to park about the same distance away. This was a great stay. Plan to go again, and hope to stay at JHL again.
“Love to go back”
I was very happy with this hotel it was close enough to town to walk if we wanted. We had the room with the Master Suite and full kitchen, it was nice and big and clean. The washer and dryer was a definate plus to the room. The indoor pool and jacuzzi's were great. After long days driving around the Grand Tetons and doing some hiking it was so relaxing to come back to the hotel for a swim and some relaxing in the room. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
“Set the stage for relaxation, ultimate comfort, convenience, and enjoyment!”
The accommodations were complete. The entire condo was totally immaculate. The decor was in keeping with the "Westerm" resort town. The staff of the Inn were helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond the call of duty in every instance. "Valerie" was our personable" tour guide", just for the asking. "Mary" was an excellent "historian". "Jarod" went the extra mile when we had a flat tire and he got us aired up with a compressor and on the road to repair and back to enjoying our vacation within record time. "Summer" and "Jessica" both were accomodating and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. If it seems "pricey" , trust me, it's worth every penney!
“Straight pimpin' in Jackson Hole”
I got a suite with king bed (even though I booked the cheaper suite with queen beds) for a very low rate in mid-May (between seasons). The suite was huge, with two bathrooms (one has jacuzzi tub); washer/dryer; ironing board; sofa bed; patio; full kitchen with stove, dishes, and full-size refrigerator; two TVs, DVD player, and VCR (with free movie rentals in DVD or VHS); fireplace; and free WiFi. The regular rooms are really small (I saw one), so the suite is worth the upgrade, especially if you are going to be getting dirty outside all day and want a nice room to relax/clean up in . The location is great and the rooms are quiet. The staff were very responsive whenever the Internet went out (some of the routers are in hotel rooms and technologically-ignorant guests unplug them at times). I'm writing this review from a more expensive room in Great Falls, MT that is absolutely horrible and am already wistful for good ol' JHL.
