The front desk night staff was amazing with getting me checked in. Rooms are clean and cozy. The Econolodge branding isn't very prominent (neon sign says West Star) but with GPS it was easy to find.

The manager of this property went out of his way to accommodate my stay. His hospitality, generosity and kindness absolutely made my day. The property itself isn't much to write home about...but I've already told my friends and family the story. Would absolutely book again.

Although the staff was very nice, the property was outdated, old, and I don’t think the staff had any idea how to run the place. Respectfully, they were very nice, I was unable to check out in am, no one around and overall not impressed.

Upon checking in, we were given rooms that were not clean. One room had beds that were not made and dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom. The second room had stains all over the floor and the bedding was stained with wear. Elevator moves while doors were open and the ice machine wasn't working. No TV reception and cable/sat is not an option. Staff was argumentative and refused a refund. We did not stay, and when taking a picture of the check-in form that was on the counter for all guest to see, clerk threatened to call the police. Stayed in Twin Falls instead.

The staff was very accommodating. What I didn't like -- we reserved a king bed standard but they didn't have one so charged us for an upgrade to a balcony room that did have a king. Otherwise for the same price as we had paid he would have given us two queen beds - not what we had reserved. They are new owners but have a LOT to learn about hotel management. No restaurant and no casino. Not good.

This property is as others have mentioned is a basic hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. our bed was a king sized bed and was comfortable. I have stayed in worse for sure. My interaction with the front desk was positive. What I didn’t like? I suggested to management that stained furniture should be cleaned and stained towels should never be left for guests. These two items are the only thing we found difficult to see not being looked after. For the price point we were okay with the property. One other point, the name on the hotel signage was not the Econolodge and it was a bit of a challenge to find. Better signage on the highway and change the signage on the building would be helpful.

The property signage did not indicate that it was the Econo Lodge. A piece of paper tapped to font in door said the name of hotel. Our room smelt damp and had a chemical smell. Casino is closed Restaurant is closed We did not stay, looked at the room and said we were going somewhere else. Not as advertised at all. Website should be updated to show it as it is now. EXPEDIA your Company should know these things and stop advertising this hotel.

Very poor signage to find this property. Finally saw a printed piece of paper on the door that said Econolodge. There was no attendant at front desk upon arrival around 6 pm. I think I woke him up when I rang the buzzer. Room was is poor condition and terribly run down. No wash clothes and hand towels. Mirror spotted with splash, dirty furniture. We didn’t even shower before leaving. Complementary breakfast was to open at 6:30, they didn’t open till around 7:30. Will never be back!!

We slept in a very comfortable bed in a very spacious room. Breakfast was good with pastries, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, and coffee and more. And even with tax, the charge was $54!! The new owner is very personable. This motel is set away from the casinos and the highway, so it's very quiet.

The place was clean however the peep hole was missing. The chain lock was also missing. The place needs a bit of renovation. Otherwise convenient location and good parking. Also the name of property didn’t match the name on Expedia.

This place was very old and stained up furniture in the room. The sheets had holes in them and the casino/ dining room were closed. Wash rages/towels were stained up and looked used. It was very run down and not taken care of. I would never stay here again.

Pet friendly
The best thing about this motel is that it is the only pet friendly in Jackpot and the rates are reasonable. Check in is quick, desk clerk was friendly, the place is quiet, and the wifi is awesome. It also has the best view of the town.
