Maybe 2 1/2 Star hotel, definitely not a 4-Star
Shower leaked, half a roll of toilet paper in room on arrival and asked for more they brought one roll, had to ask for bath towels, room not cleaned for four days during a five day stay (though they cleaned when I asked), pool advertised on property website but told on arrival it didn’t open until later in June even though it was already 33 degrees C outside, management and employees seem content to do as little as possible service-wise to stay in business.

Everything was almost good comparing to the price, but the noises were easily transferring from out of the room and other rooms

The staff were very helpful. Most didn't speak English BUT this is Turkey and Izmir isn't really a tourist resort..They bent over backwards to be helpful..

Very nice!
Was a very comfort and pretty. This hotel is very near from the Alsank zone. So much places for shopping and food. It is quit too.

I booked this hotel thiking i could spend a hot summer weekend in the pool. The pool was closed for a private function for 3 days in a row. You can NOT list a property with a certain facility then close it for the entire day. . That's just wrong!!! To add insult they had loud music all night long and i had to call the reception to ask them to stop it.Hotel managment isn'T exactly rocket science these days. Have some respect for your clients I would not book this hotel again

room's window open to a volleyball saloon. you cannot understand if the weather sunny or rainy because of window situation. and always plays volleyball in the saloon so there will be lots of noise while u are staying.

The new Turkey - great young staff!
We enjoyed our stay at the Volley Hotel. It was good to be away from the 'busy polluted' city centre. The younger staff were 'most attentive' and had reasonable English language skills. I could see 'this' may not be a priority for the hotel as most of the guests were Turkish. But it was most frustrating being served by the older waiters who had zero language skills - and were not geared to serving non-Turkish guests. In fact they tended to avoid us - probably out of fear. The F&B manager was excellent. The female waiter who served us at breakfast was excellent and most helpful as was the young female receptionist.

Volley Hotel Izmir was fantastic!
Everything was great and especially the breakfast buffet. Everyone was pleasant and friendly ......... Could not ask for more!

Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good, the only problem was the loud live music that lasted until midnight during one of the nights of my stay.

Great location, Clean room, Rxcellent service.
I loved every single moments of it. Very polite staffs. There was a great guy working there called ''Bahtiyar'', he was a gentleman and he was very friendly. Also The man at the counter called ''Ozan'' was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel, it is really close to all restaurants, bar and specially the Ocean.

Very attractive hotel that is in acceptable distance to the waterfront and tourist sites. The room was very comfortable, though it was very difficult to pick up the wifi signal....I ended up sitting down the hallway or downstairs in the lobby to use internet. Would recommend as a moderately priced place to stay.

Nice hotel
This is a nice modern hotel with all the amenities. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Location is convenient but a little away from the sea boardwalk. We had no problem walking around to places and wished to have had one more night in Izmir.

Goede prijs voor 4 persoonskamer. Hygiëne bedden en ruimte waren prima. Voor het hotel voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor een prikkie. 15 min lopen naar een zeer gezellig straatje met cafeetjes en restaurants. Alleen het ontbijt was niet best. Erg jammer terwijl dit niet had gehoeven. Alles was steenkoud en broodjes uitgedroogd.
