This was my first time at this resort, my friends have been going here for about 20 years. The staff was amazing, the property was beautiful, I do recommend the breakfast package it was so worth it! The rooms are aging a bit but very clean! I got an amazing hour massage. Cannot wait to return. I also was traveling alone and never felt unsafe at any point of this trip.

We love Las Brisas for many reasons. The view, the beach and the friendliness of the staff make this hotel a relaxing beach vacation. This was my 6th stay and have booked for next year again. My husband always has a massage at the spa which he enjoys immensely. This year we opted to have breakfast included each day. The breakfast buffet has different options each day, a make to order omelet bar also. You just can’t go wrong with the private beach Las Brisa’s has. The service at the beach is amazing. Many options close by for swimming at different beaches in the area as this beach always has a red flag up. But there are beautiful pools to swim in, including an adult only pool which is quite relaxing with the waterfall feature. Easy to walk into Ixtapa for dinner or take a taxi to Zihuatanejo for activities and dinner too.

I love the architecture. The staff got mad that I brought I pizza inside the hotel because they serve food, but I could not eat the food it was not appetizing. Only thing I liked was the pozole estilo guerrero.

The property is stunning! But the layout and amount of stairs is like having a workout every time you want to swim in the pool or eat. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The property, beach and all areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean and well maintained.

The architecture of resort is great as is the privacy of it's location. The breakfasts and lunches are not good.

We have stayed at this property three times over the last 15 years. It is very clean and has a beautiful private beach. we have always had the all inclusive package but found that this time it was a little confusing. Pre-Covid everything was included with the exception of maybe one or two food items. Now it seems there has been many things such as top shelf, liquor, beer choices, not available with the all inclusive package. There was still plenty to choose from, but we just found this very different. We also felt they need to be more clear on what type of food they offer in the Bella Vista restaurant (every day there is a main buffet focus such as bbq, international, etc which we only found out about on day 4 of our visit) and more communicative on when they have special dinners (there was a huge Mexican dinner in the garden on Friday night, which we thought was a private event but later found out it was for all hotel guests). If we had known these things, we would have planned our sitdown dinners differently. So we suggest better communication upon checking in All in all the value is there for the money when comparing dinner, and drink prices with Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa restaurants and bars.

The location of the Hotel can't be beat with a private Beach and easy access(elevators to the Beach.) We didn't do "All Inclusive" but we ate Breakfast there every day. We also had Lunch there a couple of times and the food was excellent! The Staff are very friendly and efficient. We will stay there again!

The view at this hotel is amazing it is my second time staying there and I’ve got to say it’s one of my favorite places to stay when I’m in Ixtapa. I did the all inclusive option this time and the food options were delicious we mainly did buffet and it never disappointed.

We have been coming back to this hotel for over 10 yrs. As have many people. The same staff is there year after year, that really says something. The staff is so attentive and sweet. The sunset is fabulous and each room faces the ocean. The rooms are large and very clean. A private beach and adult pool.

Pool closes way to early. Issues with security staff about our group while others group wasn’t being bothered. Some dining was good while others could improve. Beds were very hard, was hard to sleep. Showerheads were very old/ had excessive lime scale & not a lot of pressure. AC wasn’t working properly, was very warm. Some of the alcoholic drinks could be better, some had no flavor while others were okay. This hotel is for a calm & relaxing stay. If you come in a group be prepared to get told to quiet down.

Each room has its own balcony from which there are panoramic views of the ocean and beach. Beds are firm and very comfortable. When you move in the bed the other person does not feel any motion.

Pros - The staff exceeded my expectations, EVERYONE was super nice and accommodating. I’ve never had service on this level from a hotel before. The staff raised the bar for me and my family. I would give 10 stars for the staff at this resort!! The views are breathtaking and the rooms are a good size. FYI - There is a lot of walking at this resort, thankfully there are elevators to take you down to the beach and pool area (the stairs are steep and intimidating). Cons - There are not a lot of restaurant options for breakfast and lunch. One restaurant for breakfast, one restaurant by the pool and one on the beach for lunch (we didn’t get a chance to have dinner at the resort). The food was tasty though. They are sticklers about the towel cards. At check-in we received one card per person and one card gets you one towel only.

Love the property...3rd time there. However, all inclusive not the same. Not worth it anymore. Have cut out too many things that once were included. Also, the amount Expedia quoted me after paying a deposit was not the same amount I had to pay at the hotel. The deposit was a holding fee kept by expedia...I was stuck paying the whole amount.
